Research On The Influencing Factors And Utilization Strategies Of Idle Rural Homesteads In Weishi County

In recent years,China’s economy has developed rapidly and the process of urbanization has been accelerated,which has also brought a series of problems,which have restricted the healthy and stable development of the economy and society,among which the problem of idle rural homestead has gradually become prominent.With more and more rural population entering the city,the problem of rural hollowing out and aging is serious,and a large number of rural residential sites are idle,which occupies a lot of land resources and affects the sustainable development of rural economy and society.In addition,limited by the index of 1.8 billion mu of cultivated land,the urban construction land is becoming more and more tense,and the contradiction between urban construction land and idle homestead with cultivated land area is becoming more and more prominent.How to revitalize the idle homestead in rural areas and promote the intensive use of land has become a key concern in today’s society,and it is also the key to alleviate the contradiction of land use at this stage,which is of great significance and role in deeply implementing the rural revitalization strategy and accelerating the construction of a modern new countryside.In this paper,the research methods such as investigation,literature analysis and case study are used to study the problem of rural idle homesteads in Weishi County,hoping to find ways and methods to revitalize rural idle homesteads.The author carried out a lot of investigation and research work in rural areas,and designed a targeted questionnaire to collect information and data related to rural homestead idleness in Weishi County,so as to deeply understand the current situation of rural homestead idleness and the problems existing in revitalizing rural homestead,hoping to provide theoretical support and reference for revitalizing rural homestead,and also hope to provide theoretical and practical basis for the government to introduce relevant policies.The following conclusions are drawn from the research paper: First,the phenomenon that the homestead exceeds the standard is widespread in Weishi County,and the utilization rate of the existing homestead courtyard is low,and the phenomenon of multiple houses in one household is prominent;Secondly,the Logistic regression analysis of the influencing factors of homestead idleness shows that the per capita cultivated land area and the age of the householder will have a negative impact on homestead idleness,and the factors of large number of migrant workers and high per capita annual income will increase the possibility of rural homestead idleness;After in-depth investigation and study,it is found that the number of homesteads of farmers who are unwilling to quit their homesteads is generally small,and most farmers who are willing to quit their homesteads have multiple homesteads.Finally,according to the research problems and current situation,the paper puts forward some suggestions on optimizing and perfecting the exit mechanism of rural homestead,improving the utilization efficiency of rural homestead and accelerating the benign circulation of rural homestead on the basis of learning from the experience of advanced areas.
