Research On The Idle Situation Of Rural Homesteads In G Town And Its Countermeasures

With the popularization of urbanization in China,most farmers choose to go to the city to develop or buy a house and settle down,and the rural homestead is idle to slowly dilute the basic housing security function of farmers.In order to improve the long-term shelving of homestead land,make full use of rural land resources and integrate rural land resources,it is necessary to explore countermeasures for the use of idle homesteads.This paper selects G Town,which is rapidly urbanizing,as the research object,and explores the utilization countermeasures of the idle homestead in G Town,which has certain practical significance for the research on the utilization of idle homesteads in rural areas of China.The paper uses the literature research method to sort out and summarize the current situation of idle homesteads at home and abroad,and then defines the relevant concepts of homesteads involved in this paper,writes theories to lay the foundation for the subsequent countermeasures,and analyzes the idle status,causes,and farmers’ willingness to use idle homesteads in G Temple Town by using the village cadre interview method and questionnaire survey method,and finally proposes countermeasures for the use of idle homesteads in G Temple Town.Through the investigation,it was found that the reasons for the idle rural homesteads in G Town were insufficient grass-roots management,weak legal awareness among farmers,backward village construction planning,difficulties in recycling idle homesteads in violation of regulations and exceeding standards,serious loss of rural population,difficulties in the circulation of idle homesteads and paid withdrawals.In order to stimulate farmers’ enthusiasm for the use of idle homesteads to explore their use countermeasures,from the farmers’ point of view,the farmers’ willingness to use idle homesteads was analyzed,and it was found that the willingness of farmers was high,but they had different attitudes towards the way of utilization,and farmers who worked outside the country tended to choose the use of leasing and shareholding,while farmers who settled in the city were more willing to accept the way of paid withdrawal of idle homesteads.Different economic conditions and regional locations show different attitudes towards the willingness of farmers to use idle homesteads,and the use of idle homesteads should be divided into situations and cannot be generalized.In view of the reasons for the occurrence of idle homesteads in G Temple combined with the choice of farmers’ use methods,the strategy for its utilization is proposed,specifically:formulate reasonable village planning,strengthen the publicity of laws and regulations;moderately revitalize the circulation of idle homesteads;strengthen industrial and financial support,and build a paid exit mechanism for idle homesteads.
