Research On Centralized Processing Of Commercial Bank’s Operating Business

In recent years,commercial banks had to choose the mode of centralization as reform direction,aiming to prove customer service efficiency and service quality and reduce costs,in order to achieve the promotion of core competitiveness.Operation centralization is a mode of operation process,which depends on advanced computer technology,in order to better service customers,control risks,improve efficiency and intensive management.The background processing center would handle operation works in place of outlets tellers in this mode,essence of which is to reform the business process.Because of different operation conditions and various organization structures,the operation concentration degree of commercial banks processing reform is different.This paper chose the Chang Sha bank as the research object,which is the first bank using centralized processing system in our country and trying to be more intelligent and electronic gradually with development of business,in order to be helpful to other domestic commercial banks.In addition,the author who participated in the process of Chang Sha bank operation centralized reformation,may found the real impact in the centralized processing.In a word,this paper hope to proposed some helpful advices with practical significance to other domestic commercial banks,through researching on the treatment of Chang Sha bank’s centralization reform process,analysis the problems in the reform.
