The management mechanism of performance appraisal was introduced late in China,because it can stimulate employees’ enthusiasm and enthusiasm for their work,and it can also actively promote the development of enterprises.Especially in recent years,with the explosive growth of new energy vehicles,the automobile sales industry is also facing huge competition and tests.For automobile dealers,the use and management of human resources is particularly important.Performance appraisal plays a positive role in improving the enterprise management mechanism and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.Therefore,the establishment of a scientific and effective performance appraisal system and a fair and objective evaluation of employee performance is the key to improving enterprise performance and achieving strategic goals.It can not only highly develop human resources and cultivate talents,but also further promote the sustainable development of enterprises.Based on the current performance appraisal situation of the sales staff in the 4S shop of Company H,this thesis analyzes and studies the relevant problems of the current performance appraisal system of Company H through interviews,questionnaires,Delphi method and other methods.In the analysis and research,it is found that the target design is not scientific enough,the links are not perfect enough,the performance communication is lacking,the performance appeal is lacking,and the sales consultants do not fully understand the purpose of the performance appraisal Performance indicators,performance processes,performance implementation and other aspects,combined with the opinions and suggestions of the previous survey,designed the optimization plan.Finally,provide guarantee and support for optimizing performance appraisal from three aspects of system and organizational culture,so that performance appraisal can truly mobilize the enthusiasm of employees,improve the contradiction between front-line employees and management,and maintain the stability and development of the sales team.
