| In recent years,with the endless emergence of various disruptive technologies and the widespread application of "big,smart,material,mobile and cloud" technologies,the evolution of the new generation of scientific and technological revolution is accelerating,and digitalization is gradually becoming the core force of global enterprise innovation.At present,the enterprise development environment has undergone great changes,the data processing ability is increasingly strengthened,the enterprise development is stepping into a new era of data as the core.Enterprise digital transformation is not only the revolution of digital technology and micro main production mode,but also the important embodiment of enterprises from traditional production mode to new digital production mode.Especially in the context of complex and severe global economy,increasing trade uncertainty and economic structural transformation,enterprises are more eager to adapt to The Times and actively transform,integrate digital technology into production activities,and enable high-quality economic development.Therefore,this thesis takes the panel data of listed companies in prefecture-level cities as the research object,explores the impact of the policy implementation of the national big data comprehensive pilot zone on enterprises’ digital transformation,and provides reasonable policy suggestions for the government to reasonably improve the level of enterprises’ digital transformation.This thesis takes listed companies in China’s prefecture-level cities from 2008 to 2021 as the research object,and empirically-tests the relationship between the policy implementation of the national big data comprehensive pilot zone and the digital transformation of enterprises by combining theory and demonstration.First of all,introduce the current situation and importance of enterprise digital transformation,and why to implement the national implementation of big data comprehensive pilot zone policy.Secondly,from the theoretical point of view,this thesis sorts out the relevant literature on the policies of the national big data comprehensive pilot zone and the digital transformation of enterprises,points out the existing research deficiencies,and then finds the innovation of this thesis.Thirdly,this thesis further explores the effect path of national big data comprehensive pilot zone policy implementation on enterprise digital transformation,and finds from the theoretical level that it mainly acts on enterprise digital transformation through infrastructure effect,industrial effect and capital effect.Then,this thesis uses the multi-time point differential model to empirically test the net effect of national big data comprehensive pilot zone policy implementation on enterprise digital transformation,and conducts a series of robustness tests,such as parallel trend test,placebo test,exclusion of other policies test,replacement of explained variables test and exclusion of control group possible "movement" test.In addition,1984 post and telecommunications historical data are used as instrumental variables for the policies of the national big data comprehensive pilot area to conduct endogeneity test,which makes the benchmark regression results of this thesis more stable.At the same time,this thesis makes an empirical analysis on whether the policies of the national big data comprehensive pilot zone improve the digital transformation of enterprises through infrastructure effect,industrial effect and capital effect as in the theoretical analysis,and conducts a bootstrap test on the intermediary effect to make the results of the intermediary effect more reliable.It also analyzes the heterogeneity based on urban administrative level,urban location characteristics,property property attributes and government characteristics efficiency.Then,the spatial spillover effect of national big data comprehensive pilot zone policies on enterprise digital transformation is further considered,and the Moreland index chart of enterprise digital transformation in different years is depicted,so as to intuitively understand whether enterprise digital transformation presents spatial characteristics.At the same time,this thesis also conducts a series of tests on the selection of spatial spillover effect model,and analyzes the mechanism of spatial spillover effect in detail.Finally,according to the above empirical conclusions and put forward policy recommendations.The empirical results show that:(1)the national big data comprehensive pilot zone policy can significantly improve the digital transformation level of enterprises,and this conclusion is still valid after a series of robustness tests;(2)This thesis finds that the national big data comprehensive pilot area mainly improves the digital transformation level of enterprises through infrastructure effect,industrial effect and capital effect;(3)The national big data comprehensive pilot zone policy plays a relatively large role in promoting the digital transformation of enterprises in cities with higher administrative levels;The national big data comprehensive pilot zone policy plays a relatively large role in promoting the digital transformation of the enterprises in the cities southeast of the Hu Weiyong Line.The national big data comprehensive pilot zone policy plays a bigger role in promoting the digital transformation of non-state-owned enterprises than state-owned enterprises.The higher the efficiency of the government in the region to which the national big data comprehensive pilot zone policy belongs,the more the pilot policy can improve the digital transformation level of enterprises;(4)The spatial impact of national big data comprehensive pilot zone policies on enterprises’ digital transformation mainly shows the siphon effect and the radiation effect,and this siphon effect can improve enterprises’ digital transformation level mainly through the capital effect.The innovation of this thesis mainly includes the following three aspects:(1)This thesis extends the research perspective of the national big data comprehensive pilot zone policy to the enterprise digital transformation level,further expands the previous research content,and enriches the research on the national big data comprehensive pilot zone policy and enterprise digital transformation;(2)For the measurement of enterprise digital transformation,different from previous studies,this thesis uses Python+ text analysis combined method,from the annual report of the company in the industry to climb the keywords representing enterprise digital transformation,and summarizes,and then quantifies enterprise digital transformation;(3)From the perspective of space,using the spatial differential model,this thesis empirically-analyzes the spatial spillover effect of national big data comprehensive pilot zone policies on enterprise digital transformation,and analyzes the Moreland index of enterprise digital transformation of different prefecture-level cities in different years,and makes a detailed analysis of the spatial spillover mechanism. |
