Analysis Of Enterprise Development Strategy From Financial Perspective

With the improvement of science and technology level and the change of social environment,the market atmosphere is becoming more and more active.Chinese enterprises are facing great challenges on the issue of whether they can continue to develop well,the company’s industrial choice and development direction have a decisive impact on its development.Enterprise Development Strategy is an important choice and plan for the direction,quality and speed,future development point and ability of the company in a specific historical period.After the company has formulated its development strategy,it will inevitably formulate a series of business strategies.The implementation of these business strategies will directly affect the financial data in the financial statements.Strategic Management is to evaluate the results of the implementation of business strategies,to continuously improve the business strategy process.Therefore,the qualitative analysis of the development strategy of an enterprise is not enough to meet the actual needs of the managers,and it is necessary to use financial data to Quantitative analysis the development strategy of an enterprise.In addition,many enterprises choose diversification strategy in order to reduce the risk of single operation,but diversification strategy may bring the risk of over-expansion,and financial data can be used as a test and evaluation tool.Therefore,this paper integrates the theoretical knowledge of financial analysis and strategic management,uses the data published in financial statements to analyze the implementation of corporate diversification strategy,and identifies the possible problems in the implementation of diversification strategy,and make suggestions for improvement.In this paper,Sinoma Science and Technology Co.,Ltd.,a leading enterprise in the field of wind turbine blades in the new chemical material industry,is chosen as the research object.The Enterprise has implemented diversification strategy since 2006,and has made two industrial adjustments since then,this paper analyzes the implementation status of its diversification strategy through financial data,using financial data to verify whether it really achieved diversification,whether it has brought risks.Through analysis,it is found that Sinoma Science and Technology can realize the R & D and design of Products and technologies in wind turbine blade industry,glass fiber industry and expand the scale by acquiring and building its own assets,finally realized the product diversification and the industrial diversification,has brought the bigger profit for it,the Sinoma Science and Technology Development Strategy Choice Science and the implementation effect is good,but at the same time,there are also problems of great pressure on long-term debt repayment and risks in long-term equity investment,based on this,suggestions are put forward to optimize the capital structure,strengthen long-term equity investment management and continue to insist on product and technology development,so as to promote the future development of Sinoma Science and technology,at the same time,it also provides a reference for the development of other companies in the new chemical material industry.
