With the upgrading of technology and the diverse needs of customers,the complexity of production equipment is increasing,and the acquisition cost is also increasing.Since the rise of the equipment leasing industry,it has been widely welcomed in the market and has been rapidly developed in China.In the process of leasing production equipment,the lessor is responsible for the maintenance activities of the leased equipment while owning the equipment.In order to maintain the reliability of the leased equipment and provide good leasing services to the lessee,it is necessary to carry out more testing and maintenance of the leased equipment,but this will not only affect the normal use of the lessee,but also increase the lessor’s maintenance costs.How to develop a reasonable rental maintenance strategy has become a major issue for lessors to consider.In the fierce leasing market competition,production equipment leasing companies must not only consider whether the lessee’s production plan can be implemented smoothly,but also consider whether the quality of the products produced meets the needs of the lessee.In order to improve corporate profits and customer satisfaction,it is necessary to conduct research on production equipment rental and maintenance decisions that take customer satisfaction into account.Based on the analysis of customer satisfaction,this paper studies the rental and maintenance of production equipment.Firstly,the needs of production equipment leasing companies are analyzed,and a customer satisfaction evaluation system is constructed.Secondly,using the designed evaluation index system,a leasing and maintenance strategy for production equipment leasing companies is proposed.Based on this strategy,a production equipment leasing and maintenance model is constructed,and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model,which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the established model.This study can help leasing companies make decisions to plan maintenance accordingly.
