Enterprises generally adopt qualitative methods to determine the equipment maintenance quota of the production line.These methods rely heavily on the enterprise's managers' or dispatchers' experience judgment and lack the support of theories and models.They are also influenced by subjective factors and uncertain factors.In order to solve this problem,this paper takes the Analytic Hierarchy Process.It is the basis.It can quantify the qualitative parameters.It will establish the equipment complexity of AHP model of the production line.And it also will evaluate the complexity level of the enterprise's equipment.After obtaining the complexity,it will set up a study model of the maintenance men.There are many subjective factors.They influence the evaluation of the human resource.So the Fuzzy AHP model is used to choose the most reasonable equipment maintenance labor quota scheme.Ultimately,it will provide a theoretical basis for the enterprise's production management.There are several advantages of this study.First,the traditional calculation method of the complex equipment coefficient is needed to find the standard equipment.And it is needed to measure many equipment parameters.The complicated formulas are used for computing.This will increase the unnecessary difficulty for the research undoubtedly.However,this paper uses the subjective evaluation of the enterprise's managers or dispatchers,Through a simple conversion,it can be used as evaluation index.So this is used to evaluate the complex equipment.It is not convenient to disassemble.The method is used more widely for the equipment.It does not require additional recorders and statisticians.This can save enterprises' human source.Secondly,the experts' scoring can reduce the mistakes of the judgment in these AHP models,due to other's wrong decision.Then,the two AHP models are established.They are independent of each other.The evaluation indexes in these models can be modified,replaced,added or deleted according to the characteristics.So this approach has relatively strong flexibility.At last,the traditional calculation method cannot distinguish the situation which has the different wear or aging degree with the same equipment type.But this equipment complexity evaluation model can break through this point.And it can provide the new ideas for the further research.
