Research On The Spatial Network Structure Of China’s Regional Economic Development Under The New Strategic Background

The report of the 19 th CPC National Congress pointed out that China’s economy has shifted from a stage of rapid growth to a stage of high-quality development.Against this background,the Chinese government has formulated and issued a number of strategies and plans for economic development,including high-quality economic development strategy,regional coordinated development strategy and healthy China 2030 plan and a series of important judgments.Among them,The high-quality development strategy is a fundamental manifestation of the new vision of innovative,coordinated,green,open and shared development;the coordinated development of regions emphasizes the integrated and interactive development of regional plates;The Healthy China strategy conforms to the five development concepts of high-quality development and puts forward new requirements for the sustainable economic development of our country from the perspective of health.Based on this background,This thesis attempts to measure the level of regional economic development from 2009 to 2019 from three aspects of quantity,quality and efficiency on the basis of combing the existing measurement index system of regional economic development level and the literature of regional economic development social network.First of all,these three aspects are integrated to construct the comprehensive index of regional economic development level.Secondly,the spatial correlation of China’s regional economic development is identified by the revised gravity model.Finally,with the method of social network analysis,the thesis explores the overall characteristics and individual characteristics of the spatial network of regional economic development in various provinces of China,and explores its spatial correlation relationship and the role of each sector in the overall spatial network.The results show that:(1)China’s regional economic development network structure is complex,closely related,with strong overall accessibility,and there is no isolated region.(2)The distribution pattern of regional economic development in China from 2009 to 2019 is unbalanced,and the role of different regions is significantly different.(3)The spatial network structure of China’s regional economic development has an obvious "hierarchical" attribute.Among them,the distribution of the four plates is obvious.The main spillover plate is mainly composed of the eastern region,the net spillover plate and broker plate are mainly composed of the eastern and central regions,and the net benefit plate is mainly composed of the western region.We should give full play to the advantages of each plate,explore and try to create more possible space overflow channels,and effectively give full play to the maximum functions of different plates.
