| In rural revitalization,farmers are the main body,and talent is the key.In order to change the dual bottleneck of labor quantity and quality faced by China’s agricultural and rural development,the central government invested 2.3 billion yuan and 2.5 billion yuan respectively in 2021 and 2022 to support the cultivation plan for high-quality farmers.However,in the process of promoting farmers’ participation in high-quality farmer training in traditional agricultural areas,there is still a phenomenon of insufficient motivation for farmers’ participation and weak response willingness.Enhancing farmers’ willingness to participate in training and strengthening the high-quality farmer team is the top priority for promoting highquality agricultural development and achieving rural revitalization.Shangcheng County is a pilot county for identifying rural practical talents nationwide.This paper takes Shangcheng County as an example,based on human capital investment theory,Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,and theory of planned behavior,through combing domestic and foreign research,combing the basic situation of Shangcheng County,interviews with multiple subjects,and questionnaire survey data,and taking farmers’ willingness to participate in high-quality farmers’ training as the research object,uses the binary logistic model for empirical analysis,Explore the significant influencing factors of the willingness of high-quality farmers to receive training,and use the ISM explanatory structural model to further analyze the hierarchical structure and correlation between these significant influencing factors.Finally,propose strategies and suggestions to enhance the willingness of high-quality farmers to receive training in Shangcheng County.The main research conclusions of this article are as follows:(1)The significant analysis of the influencing factors on the training willingness of high-quality farmers in Shangcheng County shows that: "Gender,family income structure,family attitude towards respondents becoming high-quality farmers,active learning of agricultural knowledge or access to market information,farmers’ understanding of high-quality farmers and relevant training policies,farmers’ professional identity with high-quality farmers,farmers’ perception that training can improve income,farmers’ attitude towards new technologies or varieties with certain market risks but good prospects for development,and training content" Nine variables have a significant impact on training willingness;(2)The analysis of the mechanism of influencing factors on the willingness of high-quality farmers in Shangcheng County shows that among the nine significant influencing factors on the willingness of high-quality farmers to participate in training in Shangcheng County,"gender" and "family income structure" are the deep-seated factors that affect high-quality farmers to participate in training;"Family attitudes towards respondents becoming high-quality farmers","farmers’ perception that training can improve income","farmers’ understanding of high-quality farmers and related training policies",and "active learning of agricultural knowledge or access to market information" are intermediate level factors;"Farmers’ sense of professional identity towards high-quality farmers," "farmers’ attitude towards new technologies or varieties with certain market risks but good prospects for development," and "expected training content" are the surface factors that affect high-quality farmers’ training.Based on the above empirical research results,this article proposes four suggestions to enhance the willingness of high-quality farmers in Shangcheng County to receive training.One is to increase training and publicity efforts,the second is to enhance farmers’ subjective initiative,the third is to optimize long-term resource protection,and the fourth is to promote the close integration of training and demand. |
