Farmers In Tiandong County Participate In“Trinity” New Rural Industry Federation Willingness Study About Production,Credit,Supply And Marketing

In 2015,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council incorporated the "Trinity" comprehensive reform into relevant documents.In the No.1document of the Central Committee in 2017,it was clearly proposed to strengthen the standardization of farmers’ cooperatives and actively develop the "three-in-one" comprehensive cooperation of production,supply and marketing,and credit.In the 2021 Central Document No.1,it is once again proposed to deepen the comprehensive reform of supply and marketing cooperatives,carry out the pilot project of "trinity" comprehensive cooperation in production,supply and marketing,and credit,and improve the comprehensive platform for serving farmers’ production and life.Tiandong County closely focuses on comprehensively promoting the strategy of rural revitalization and related documents,And the Supply and Marketing Cooperative of Tiandong County takes a representative professional cooperative as the implementation unit,vigorously improves the degree of peasant organization,builds a comprehensive service platform for agriculture,improves the level of service for farmers,and establishes a new model of agricultural development in which supply and marketing cooperatives,farmers’ professional cooperatives,and cooperative finance are "trinity".The construction of the "Trinity" provides a more efficient and stable connection carrier for small farmers and large markets.Through the study of farmers’ willingness to participate in the "Trinity" cooperative,the paper summarizes the factors with strong influence,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the existing problems.It is of great value for improving the enthusiasm of farmers to participate,promoting the promotion of the "trinity" model in Tiandong County,and promoting the healthy development of new agricultural business entities.This paper uses the binary logistic model to analyze the farmers participation of "trinity" influencing factors and the extent of their role.Finally summarize the problems and put forward relevant suggestions.Through empirical analysis,the main conclusions drawn in this paper are:(1)There are 13 factors that affect farmers’ willingness to participate,of which 7factors have a positive influence on the course and 6 factors have inverse influence.(2)The higher the cultural level of farmers,the more spend on agricultural production,the more understand the "Trinity" cooperative,the better the ability to participate in the "Trinity" cooperative,they will have stronger willingness to participate "Trinity".At the same time,when farmers encountered the smaller the problems on the supply of agricultural production materials,product sales,and capital,they will have stronger the willingness to participate.The more satisfied they are with the services that can be provided in the three aspects of local technical department,supply and marketing cooperatives,and credit cooperative.They will have stronger willingness to participate "Trinity".However,when faced with the problem of land and the economic efficiency of agricultural products,the village social economic organizations the more dissatisfied they have that stronger the willingness to participate.According to these conclusions,it is proposed to increase government support,introduce talents to enhance the pilot capacity,enhance the joint service capacity of the cooperative,strengthen the leadership function of the supply and marketing cooperative,enhance the professional ability of farmers,promote land circulation and moderate-scale reform,and build a "trinity" cooperative to scientifically change the concept of peasant households.
