With the rapid and iterative development of network technology,the world is striding into the 5G era,and the role of telecom operators has been reshaped.The changes in the industry,the diversification of business scope,and the rapid development of information technology have all made China Mobile’s financial management more challenging,and large companies have paid more and more attention to the application of financial management models.At present,most large enterprises in the world have chosen the financial centralized management model,which can not only give full play to the advantages of the enterprise and allocate resources to the core business,but also help enterprise managers to make scientific and reasonable decisions by sharing the funds and information of the enterprise.Decision-making,improve the efficiency of enterprise management and operation.China Mobile H Province Company was established on August 7,1999.Since 2000,under the centralized deployment of the group,it has adopted the financial centralized management mode,implemented centralized accounting,classified fund management,carried out comprehensive budget management,and unified informatization.Platform construction,through the unified allocation of resources,the use of information means to formulate the application plan of the financial management model in line with the development of the enterprise.This paper takes China Mobile’s H province company as a sample,focuses on the financial centralized management model,and summarizes how its financial management is operating at this stage by studying literature,research cases,and organizing questionnaires.It is found that the company currently has centralized accounting.The results of management execution did not meet expectations,the degree of centralized management of funds was not in line with market demand,the degree of delicacy of centralized budget management was weak,and the construction of financial information sharing system was insufficiently promoted.Based on the above situation,the author fully understands the industry background by studying literature,using theoretical knowledge such as resource integration and business process reengineering,combined with the impact of 5G business development on the company’s centralized financial management,put forward an optimization plan for the implementation of the company’s next-stage financial centralized management model.First,strengthen the effectiveness of centralized accounting and use systems to ensure processes.The second is to optimize the centralized management mode of funds,innovate the paid fund scheduling system,and optimize the centralized funds management platform to realize real-time interaction of funds data;the third is to improve the centralized budget management system,All employees are required to participate in management to achieve high synchronization between budget and 5G business plan;fourth,accelerate the construction of a financial sharing system,centrally integrate existing financial and business information systems,achieve efficient data sharing among various systems,and build a precise and unified system.main database.The promotion of the centralized financial management of China Mobile’s H-province company is a continuous and long-term process.During the implementation process,the company continuously adjusts the execution plan according to the real-time environment to conform to the development trend of the company.Preliminary research shows that China Mobile’s H-province company has built a sound management system through centralized financial management,strengthened risk prevention capabilities,and achieved efficient management.Therefore,the experience of China Mobile’s H-province company’s centralized financial management is worth summarizing and learning from major enterprises.However,just in time for the full-scale arrival of the 5G era,the implementation of China Mobile’s H-province company’s centralized financial management is also facing new challenges.The application of the financial centralized management model plays a more active role in the company’s production and operation,and can also provide reference for enterprise groups that promote the financial centralized management model.
