| XH Accounting Firm is a professional service organization that has achieved collectivized and integrated operation and management,integrating audit,management consulting,engineering management,tax services and other businesses.Nowadays,under the background of the firm’s strategic transformation focusing on innovation and optimization of management talents,comprehensive quality talents with both professional skills and professional ethics have become the core elements of the firm’s development,so team building and talent management are the areas that XH Accounting Firm needs to focus on at present.Based on the discussion of performance appraisal theory,combined with the development status of the firm and the current situation of performance appraisal,the main problems and reasons of the firm in performance appraisal are analyzed,and an optimization plan is proposed for the problems,hoping to propose practical performance appraisal improvement methods for XH Accounting Firm.This paper adopts literature research method,survey analysis method,expert interview method and other research methods,starts from the relevant theory of performance appraisal,takes strategic orientation as the core idea of performance management,and systematically expounds the basic content and index system of key performance indicator assessment,balanced scorecard,objectives and key results,and 360-degree performance appraisal method.Then,based on the current situation of performance appraisal of XH accounting firm,the problems existing in employee performance evaluation were studied.Finally,the strategic thinking of XH Accounting Firm was taken as the guide,combined with the problems found in the operation of the performance appraisal system,and the corresponding solutions were given.In terms of the application of assessment results,the measures and directions for further optimization are pointed out. |
