Research On The Impact Of Industrial Intelligence On New Type Of Urbanization

The new round of scientific and technological revolution,industrial change and a new period of Chinese transformation of economic development form a historic intersection.Industry is not only the lifeblood of China’s national economy,but also the main battlefield of economic and social development in the new era of transformation and structural adjustment.Industrial intelligence upgrade is the key to grasp the opportunities in China and shape the international competitive advantage.The people-oriented,innovation-driven,industrial structure optimization and green sustainable development required by the development of industrial intelligence are in line with the development concept of new urbanization at the present stage in China.so industrial intelligence is one of the critical paths to promote China’s new urbanization.There is little studies on industrial intelligence that discusses the relationship between industrial intelligence and new urbanization.Based on this,this paper takes the impact of industrial intelligence on the development of new urbanization,and tries to sort out the impact mechanism of industrial intelligence on new urbanization.Empirically testing the effect of industrial intelligence on the development of new urbanization.Exploring the regional differences in the impact of industrial intelligence on new urbanization.Then putting forward policy suggestions to improve the level of industrial intelligence to promote the development of new urbanization.According to the connotation of industrial intelligence and new urbanization,this paper tries to sort out three influence mechanisms of industrial intelligence affecting new urbanization from the theoretical level,which are direct impact mechanism,indirect impact mechanism and spatial spillover mechanism.Subsequently,using global principal component analysis and entropy value method,we measured industrial intelligence and new urbanization respectively,and found that the development of industrial intelligence and new urbanization in China maintained an upward trend in general,and there were obvious regional differences in the development levels of both.Using the Moran index to test the spatial correlation of new urbanization,it is found that there is positive spatial autocorrelation in China’s new urbanization level;From the Moran scatter plot,it can be seen that China’s new urbanization development is in the spatial clustering state of "high-high,low-low".At the same time,the differences between regions in China’s new urbanization level are gradually decreasing from several specific years in 30 provinces.The empirical part uses panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2004-2019.Using the ordinary least squares regression model as well as the spatial Durbin model,empirical tests are conducted on the effect of industrial intelligence on the level of new urbanization in China under two spatial weight matrices,the 0-1 adjacency matrix and the economic distance matrix.The mediating effect model was used to test the mechanism of the effect of industrial intelligence on new urbanization.The conclusions of this paper are as follows.First,the level of industrial intelligence is conducive to the development of new urbanization in China,and this positive effect has spatial spillover.Second,industrial intelligence has a negative effect on new urbanization through the advanced employment structure.It has a positive effect on the development of new urbanization through three paths: production efficiency improvement,energy consumption upgrading effect,and urban infrastructure optimization effect.Third,the impact of industrial intelligence on new urbanization shows regional heterogeneity.Industrial intelligence has different degrees of promoting effects on new urbanization in the east,central and western regions.It has a certain inhibitory effect on the new urbanization in the northeast region.Finally,based on the current situation and research findings,this paper puts forward policy recommendations for enhancing industrial intelligence to promote new urbanization.
