Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Elderly Care Service In Huanan County

China’s population ageing is gradually deepening,and the trend towards population ageing in rural areas is becoming more apparent.Rapid growth in the rural elderly population presents new challenges for rural aged care services.Huanan County is a typical agricultural county in the semi-mountainous region and a typical village in the black soil region of Northeast Chin a,and is the largest county in the country.In rural Huanan County,operating income is the largest source of income for the elderly.As the elderly age and their physical functions age,operating income cannot be guaranteed.With the deepening of populat ion aging,In particular,we should provide effective rural old-age service and improve the rural old-age service system.In view of the current rural situation,there is an urgent need to combine current research findings and learn from advanced models to address issues of aged care services in the context of an ageing rural population,and actively seek a rural aged care service model appropriate to rural socioeconomic conditions.This article conducts extensive research on the current situation of rural elderly care services in Huanan County through empirical research methods such as questionnaire surveys and informal interviews.On the basis of the questionnaire survey results,the basic situation of rural elderly care services in Huanan County was preli minarily grasped,and the problem analysis was conducted from four aspects: rural elderly care service policies,rural elderly care service types,rural elderly care service teams,and rural elderly care service environment.This research demonstrates that the rural aged care service in Huanan County has achieved some outcomes,but there are still imperfect rural elderly care service policies and unsatisfactory policy implementation;The types of rural elderly care services are not rich,and the service content is few;The structure of rural elderly care service team is unreasonable;The rural elderly care service environment cannot meet service needs and other issues.And further analyzes the causes of the existing problems,respectively,the related roles of policy formulation and implementation entities have not been fully played;Insufficient investment in rural elderly care service resources and weakened financial support;The attention paid to the construction of rural elderly care service personnel tea m is insufficient and the intensity is low;The rural elderly care service environment lacks top-level design and lacks driving force.On this basis,the paper studies the advanced experience emerging from the process of establishing and improving rural elderly care services in China,and explores the experience that can be used for reference for rural elderly care services in Huanan County,such as paying attention to the support of rural elderly care policies,efforts should be made to innovate the types of rural old-age services,promote the integration of rural elderly care service environment and cultivate the capacity of rural elderly care service teams.Finally,aiming at the actual problems currently existing in Huanan County,this paper proposes opt imization countermeasures,namely,establishing and improving the rural elderly care service policies in Huanan County,and improving the execution ability;Enrich the content of various types of rural elderly care services in Huanan County,and improve th e supply degree;Cultivate rural elderly care service professionals in Huanan County through multiple channels to improve service capacity;Improve the rural elderly care service environment in Huanan County and improve the adaptability.
