In recent years,with the continuous transformation of China’s economy,the economic subject has shown a diversified trend.The entrepreneurial team has injected more economic vitality into the operation of the national economy because of its unique passion.However,in reality,due to the relatively loose management structure of the entrepreneurial team,the team members have relatively low contractual nature for the whole team,so they can not grasp the relationship between members in the team easily.Therefore,team conflicts occur frequently within the entrepreneurial team,which is not conducive to the sustainable development of the entrepreneurial team,and even lead to disintegration due to the gap within the team,It is necessary to carry out research within the entrepreneurial team.The success of the entrepreneurial team not only needs the uniqueness of resources,technological innovation and strong financial support,but also the internal members of the entrepreneurial team,as human resources,are also very important resources of the entrepreneurial team.The research on people in the entrepreneurial team is indispensable.The consistency of power among the members of the entrepreneurial team affects their perception of fairness within the team,Then it affects its behavior mode within the team,and team conflict affects the different handling methods of disputes within the team,which will affect the satisfaction of team members.Entrepreneurial team power consistency and team conflict change dynamically with each other,which jointly affect the satisfaction of team members in an uncertain environment.Based on the above background,this study intends to use the matching of power consistency and team conflict to analyze the impact on the satisfaction of entrepreneurial team members.Firstly,this paper combs the relationship among power consistency,team conflict and member satisfaction,forms the research framework of adaptive configuration of power consistency and team conflict,and carries out relevant research from the perspective of configuration.Secondly,after collecting the research data,the qualitative comparative analysis method(QCA)is used to process the research data and carry out empirical research and analysis.Finally,this study explores three configuration paths affecting entrepreneurial team members’ satisfaction,and finds out the core factors affecting members’ satisfaction,namely high power consistency and team task conflict,according to the simple solution produced by empirical research.Finally,according to the empirical analysis results,this paper puts forward relevant management suggestions for the entrepreneurial team,reminding the entrepreneurial team to pay attention to the internal power structure and conflict management in the operation process,so as to promote the healthy and benign development of the entrepreneurial team.
