With the sudden emergence of the Covid-19,many people’s travel plans have to be interrupted.Even so,people’s yearning for "Poetry and the Distance" has never stopped.Following the "cloud classroom" and "cloud office","cloud tourism"-in "The "cloud" way of traveling to see the world opens another window for home life.People only need to connect to the Internet and sit comfortably at home to travel in the "cloud".The accumulation of these online tourism resources and the development of diversified gameplay benefits from the tourism industry’s efforts to get out of the“winter” action.While the epidemic has pressed the “pause button” for offline tourism,it has also forced the tourism industry to develop towards high quality.With the help of new technologies such as 5G and VR,breakthrough growth can be achieved.Hubei is the geographic center of China’s economy and is known as the "Tall-province of Nine Provinces".It has rich tourism resources and numerous scenic spots.Its provincial capital,Wuhan,as the first city to issue a city closure order since the founding of China,its cloud tourism development has piqued the interest of people from all walks of life.This article takes the cloud tourism products in Wuhan as the research object,and uses a combination of methods such as literature research,questionnaire survey,and statistical analysis.Using the literature research method to analyze and summarize related research at home and abroad,starting with determining the concept of cloud tourism in China and combing its evolution from an intelligent tourism information service platform to an online tourism method,clarifying the relationship between cloud tourism and virtual tourism,and thinking that cloud tourism is a kind of virtual tourism——non-immersive virtual tourism,and analyze the inherent and derived advantages of cloud tourism.And obtained the relevant theory of cloud tourism product design,which laid a solid foundation for the in-depth study of cloud tourism optimization in Wuhan area.Through the exploration of the multiple dilemmas faced by Wuhan reality tourism under the influence of the Covid-19 epidemic,this thesis analyzes from the perspectives of company,employee,destination,and tourist.To compare it with the epochal opportunities in Wuhan such as upgrades in supply and demand,policy support and technical maturity,the subject is investigated here how Wuhan tourism finds a way out in crisis through innovative cloud tourism.This study conducted a questionnaire survey from the perspective of tourists,analyzing the data with SPSS software for crosstab analysis,and gaining an understanding of tourists in Wuhan online play characteristics,satisfaction,and cloud tourism product indicators,as well as providing advice,etc.There still are much progress to make for domestic cloud tourism product to get blooming.The limitations include visitors’ decreased sense of reality,the weakening of potential desire to travel,the insufficient competitiveness of product development,and the imbalance between online and offline cohesion and coherence.Accordingly,relative optimization measures are proposed here,such as emphasizing diversity,strengthening complementary functions,enhancing attractiveness,developing potential customers,expanding mindsets,boosting multi-dimensional publicity and promotion,increasing conversions,and improving infrastructure construction.In order to aid development of more humane and high-quality cloud tourist products in Wuhan.
