Research On Financial Ecological Environment Evaluation Of Regional Central Cities In China

The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to deepen the reform of the financial system,strengthen and improve modern financial supervision,and guard the bottom line of no systemic risk.The quality of the financial ecological environment is a "barometer" of financial security.Therefore,studying the development of the financial ecological environment is conducive to understanding the operation of the financial system,providing support for managing financial risks and improving the quality of financial assets.Taking 18 regional central cities in China as the research objects,this thesis selects to construct the financial ecological environment evaluation index system of China’s regional central cities from five dimensions: economic foundation,humanistic and social environment,government services,living standards,and financial development,selects panel data from 2016 to 2021 for statistical analysis,and uses factor analysis to comprehensively rank the financial ecological environment of regional central cities.According to the score of financial ecological environment,it is divided into five categories: mature,developmental,growing,potential and backward.Among them,Beijing and Shanghai belong to the mature financial ecological environment,Shenzhen belongs to the development financial ecological environment,Guangzhou,Hangzhou,Suzhou and Nanjing belong to the growth financial ecological environment,Chengdu,Chongqing,Wuhan,Ningbo,Xi’an and Tianjin belong to the potential financial ecological environment,Hefei,Xiamen,Zhengzhou,Dalian and Harbin belong to the backward financial ecological environment,and the classification of the financial ecological environment of China’s regional centers generally presents the characteristics of "pyramid".At the same time,the radar chart is introduced to describe the typical characteristics of the five types of financial ecological environments,and different types of financial ecological environments are compared.It is found that the financial ecological environment of my country’s regional central cities currently has the following problems: low resource utilization rate,unreasonable economic structure,and government functions.The transformation is not in place,and the financial legal system is not perfect.Based on the above conclusions,this thesis proposes the following optimization countermeasures:(1)Integrate resource allocation and give play to location advantages.(2)Consolidate the economic foundation and promote all-round development.(3)Promote the reform of the government management system and improve the financial legal system.
