Evaluation Study On High Quality Development Of Rural Tourism In Anhui Province

The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that high-quality development is the primary task of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way.The high-quality development of rural tourism is not only an inevitable requirement to comply with social and economic development,but also an important measure to promote rural revitalization.As a major agricultural province and tourism province in China,Anhui Province has outstanding rural tourism resource endowments and rapid development,but there are also problems such as emphasizing "quantity" and "quality","form" and "content".After the comprehensive construction of a moderately prosperous society,guided by the concept of high-quality development,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to force the transformation and upgrading of rural tourism in Anhui Province,lead the transformation of rural tourism from extensive to intensive,from speed to quality,and realize the high-quality development of rural tourism.Based on this,based on theoretical analysis,this thesis examines the current situation and main problems of rural tourism development in Anhui Province,and constructs an evaluation index system for the high-quality development of rural tourism in Anhui Province by reading the relevant literature on the high-quality development of rural tourism.On this basis,the entropy method was used to construct an evaluation model for the high-quality development of rural tourism,the comprehensive index of high-quality development of rural tourism was measured,and the temporal evolution and spatial differences of the high-quality development of rural tourism in Anhui Province were analyzed,and the results showed that: from the perspective of time evolution,the comprehensive evaluation score of high-quality development of rural tourism in Anhui Province from 2011 to 2021 increased steadily,and the overall trend was upward,but the development slowed down due to various subjective and objective factors in the later period.From the perspective of urban development,at present,the quality level of rural tourism development in 16 cities in Anhui Province varies greatly,and the development level is divided into 5 echelons from high to low,which is distributed in the shape of "rugby".From the perspective of regional development,the development level of rural tourism is in central Anhui> southern Anhui > northern Anhui;The gap between the development level of rural tourism in southern Anhui and central Anhui is small,and both are higher than the average level of the province.The development level of rural tourism in northern Anhui lags far behind that in central Anhui and southern Anhui,and regional differences are obvious.Finally,according to the difference in the quality level of rural tourism development in Anhui Province,this thesis puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the high-quality development of rural tourism in Anhui Province from the overall Anhui Province and the three regional levels of northern Anhui,central Anhui and southern Anhui,hoping to provide reference for Anhui Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism,Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and other departments to formulate policies for the high-quality development of rural tourism.
