The crisis of the Covid-19 has put many companies in a bleak economic development zone,and some have suffered severe impacts on their business,leading to a continuous decline in performance.At the same time,some sensitive companies were able to actively adjust their business operation strategies and recover in the midst of exploration,reflecting the role played by organizational resilience mechanisms.Facing the opportunities and challenges brought by the black swan event,whether enterprises have enough resilience to quickly perceive the changes in internal and external environment and achieve dynamic development balance is a matter of close attention to enterprises.At this time,a set of evaluation methods is needed to help enterprises anticipate,improve and enhance their resilience in advance.In this paper,based on the analysis of the factors influencing the organizational resilience of social e-commerce enterprises,we construct an evaluation index system,propose an evaluation method,and use Yunji as a case company to evaluate the organizational resilience of Yunji based on the questionnaire results,put forward suggestions for improving the resilience,and verify the feasibility of the evaluation index and method for the organizational resilience of social e-commerce enterprises.First,we read and refer to a lot of literature about social e-commerce enterprises and organizational resilience,and define the concepts of both.Through an in-depth study of the aforementioned relevant literature,the influencing factors and the mechanism of organizational resilience of social e-commerce enterprises were analyzed and further explored.Secondly,on the basis of the scales developed at home and abroad,the evaluation index system of organizational resilience of social e-commerce enterprises is built based on the influencing factors of organizational resilience,which are four primary indicators such as organizational resource resilience,organizational social network resilience,organizational learning growth resilience,organizational resilience mechanism resilience,and eight secondary indicators.The specific questions and meanings of each indicator are designed.Thirdly,we propose the maturity evaluation model and calculation method of organizational resilience for social e-commerce enterprises,including the calculation of index weights by entropy weighting method,the synthesis of index values by weighted summation method,and the judgment of maturity level.Finally,the study takes Yunji Company as an example and designs a consumer perspective research questionnaire in an online format,collecting 308 valid questionnaires.The questionnaire data were processed and analyzed using SPSS22.0 and AMOS21.0 to assess the organizational resilience of Yunji Company.And in response to the lack of resilience degree of Yunji,suggestions were given to improve the resilience degree,including the enterprise to establish the super resilience consciousness for survival and development and play the counteraction mechanism of resilience;pay attention to the construction and maintenance of multi-dimensional network relationship;strengthen resource management and operation;and improve organizational learning and innovation ability.Through the evaluation study of the resilience degree of Yunji,the practicality of the organizational resilience evaluation index system and evaluation methods of social enterprises is verified,which provides practical references for other social e-commerce enterprises.
