Research On Ordered Cost Consensus And Opinion Evolution Modelin

Traditional GDM(Group Decision Making)is done like roundtable.The moderator convinces DMs(Decision Makers)to adjust opinions by effective means.The Sznajd model based on opinion evolution indicates that a DM is more likely to be persuaded by more DMs who hold similar opinions.In the GDM permitting negotiation,the efficiency of CRP(consensus reaching process)and cost is affected by the order of consensus negotiating with DMs,negotiation time,and number of moderator.The sorted cost consensus is initiated into GDM for the purpose of accelerating consensus reaching and reducing consensus cost including time and opinion adjustment.Based on the opinion dynamics,uniform and normal distributions are used to describe the uncertainty of opinions and time,the opinion order efficiency and cost coefficient are coined.On top of this,the sorted cost consensus models based on the minimum cost consensus with single moderator and time-constrained multi-moderators are respectively constructed.In order to refine the sorted consensus process to study the mechanism of opinion evolution,multiple linear regression of opinion evolution function for the minimum cost dynamic sorted consensus model is employed,as well as fitting the DMs’ opinion evolution function through a deep learning network model,where the consensus convergence is explored.Intelligent solution algorithms and contrast are designed for models and an optimum set of influential individuals based on opinion influence level is introduced so that assessment criteria for validating the reasonableness of the sorting sequence are determined.Finally,by applying the research to practical problems such as China’s urban demolition negotiation,the feasibility of this research is analysed and verified.Overall,the sorted cost consensus including optimal efficiency and opinion evolution is presented for the first time,which is innovative to the theories on cost consensus and opinion evolution.The optimal sequencing strategy,allocation strategy for multi-moderators and opinion evolution discipline obtained through various models are practical for problems like urban demolition negotiation.The case studies also demonstrate that the sorted cost consensus can accelerate consensus reaching and reduce consensus cost,which comprehensively explains the superiority of the proposed models in this paper.
