Capital activity is an essential element for the normal operation of an enterprise.It flows like blood in the body of an enterprise.If funds are lacking and cannot be supported by external sources,it will inevitably lead to paralysis of the operation of the enterprise.This shows the importance of capital for enterprises.In the financial activities of enterprises,risk prevention and control is indispensable.If there is a problem in the capital activities of the enterprise,it will have a huge adverse effect on the capital flow of the enterprise.TJTL was established earlier and has been in the expansion stage in recent years.The company’s demand for funds has increased and capital activities have become more frequent.The forestry industry has always been a key industry in my country.The forestry industry also has a strong particularity.The demand for funds in the production and operation process is also larger than that of other enterprises.This paper selects TJTL Company as a research object,analyzes the company’s risks in the process of capital activities which is consist of three aspects of financing activities,investment activities and capital operations,and proposes measures to control the risks of capital activities according to the company’s specific conditions.In terms of financing activities,financing channels are gradually expanding.Different financing methods have different advantages and disadvantages.Understanding the risks that their own financing methods bring to enterprises plays a very important role for enterprises.Enterprises should pay more attention to financing risk management issues;investment;In terms of activities,TJTL should establish a sound internal control environment and strengthen the risk assessment of capital activities;in terms of capital operations,TJTL should introduce the concept of zero-negative working capital management,avoid risks in the entire production and sales process,and improve TJTL ’s Competitiveness in the industry.At the same time,TJTL also manages the accounts receivable with the goal of the turnover speed of the receivables.Strengthen communication and contact with customers,set up special accounts receivable collection posts and monitor the collection status in real time.Finally,TJTL should take advantage of long-term debt,organically combine different debt projects,and develop long-term financing channels.It is hoped that through the analysis of this case,it can provide certain help for enterprises in this industry to improve their capital activity risk prevention and control capabilities.
