| At present,China’s economic development from the pursuit of high speed of sloppy development to the pursuit of high quality and high efficiency of intensive development change,social and economic structure continues to optimize and upgrade.However,with the increasingly competitive environment at home and abroad,as the pillar of the national economy,how to strengthen the core competitiveness of the equipment manufacturing industry in the context of "re-industrialization" and "Industry 4.0" in developed countries,enhance innovation and manufacturing capacity,stable growth in corporate performance,to achieve High-quality development of enterprises has become the main task of the current equipment manufacturing enterprises.Equipment manufacturing enterprises digital transformation is not only to respond to the national development call,but also to make up for the shortcomings,to achieve high-quality sustainable development of important means.Therefore,the impact of digital transformation on the performance of equipment manufacturing enterprises under the perspective of high-quality development is the focus of this research thesis.In the research of this thesis,the concepts of equipment manufacturing,high-quality development,digitalization and digital transformation are defined first.By collating and summarizing the relevant literature on high-quality development at home and abroad,we clarify the research perspective of this thesis.By combing the relevant literature on digital transformation of enterprises and its impact on performance,we combine technology innovation theory,process reengineering theory and organizational change theory to clarify the research direction and content of this thesis.Then,Shaangu is selected as the case study object,and based on the relevant literature and theoretical foundation,we try to explore the motivation and path of digital transformation of the case company.By using the entropy value TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation method,we verify that the digital transformation is conducive to performance improvement and high-quality development of the enterprise in six dimensions: financial performance,innovation capability,green development,openness to the outside world,sharing of results,and coordinated development,and summarize the mechanism of the impact of digital transformation on enterprise performance.Through the above research results,we found that:(1)the case company carried out digital transformation through three aspects of product intelligence,process digitization and organizational networking;(2)the case company carried out digital transformation construction through five aspects: product intelligence,production and R&D digitalization,operation and management digitalization,low-carbon operation intelligence and organizational structure networking;(3)the digital transformation of the case company drove the steady improvement of corporate performance and realized high-quality development through the mechanism of cost reduction and efficiency,innovation and revenue generation,and green low-carbon.Finally,based on the above study,this thesis suggests that the case company pay attention to controlling the proportion of corporate liabilities to reduce financial risks;strengthen cost control and improve sales gross margin to escort the high-quality development of the enterprise.It is suggested that companies in the industry need to implement digital transformation to clarify the development pain points,proceed step by step,and avoid rushing for success;strengthen talent training and R&D investment,promote technological innovation,and provide continuous vitality for the high-quality development of enterprises. |
