| As the scale of China’s digital economy grows year by year,the pace of digital transformation continues to accelerate,and cloud computing has gradually become a key infrastructure supporting the digital transformation of enterprises,injecting strong momentum into the thriving development of the digital economy.Currently,although the proportion of Chinese enterprises’ spending on cloud services in the overall IT expenditure is relatively low,the potential of the cloud computing market remains huge,providing numerous business opportunities and development space for cloud service providers.In addition,the government’s strong support for the cloud computing industry and the continuous upgrading and innovation of cloud computing technology will further promote the vigorous development of China’s cloud computing market.Under the dual impetus of policy support and technological advancement,China’s cloud computing market is developing rapidly,and its market share is constantly expanding.Against this backdrop,China’s cloud computing market demonstrates vast development prospects and enormous potential.As cloud computing technology becomes more widespread and its application scope expands,more and more enterprises and individuals will benefit from the convenience and efficiency brought by cloud computing.In the era of digital economy,cloud computing will continue to drive industrial innovation,reduce enterprise operating costs,improve resource utilization,and contribute to the sustainable development of China’s economy.Company B is one of China’s internet giants,known for having the world’s largest Chinese search engine and gradually transitioning into a technology company with leading AI capabilities.Since 2016,Company B’s cloud computing services have undergone several strategic and brand upgrades,and in 2019,it launched the "Baidu AI Cloud" brand to serve the public.Based on the core concept of "cloud intelligence integration," Baidu AI Cloud leverages cloud computing as its foundation and AI as its engine to accelerate industrial intelligent upgrading,empower thousands of industries,and has been ranked as the top AI cloud service provider for six consecutive times.Relying on Company B’s strong technical expertise and R&D capabilities,Baidu AI Cloud has rapidly joined the ranks of the "Four Great Clouds of China"(Alibaba Cloud,Tencent Cloud,Huawei Cloud,and Baidu AI Cloud)in recent years,and has been among the fastest-growing among the "Four Great Clouds of China".As a latecomer among the "Four Great Clouds of China",Baidu AI Cloud has achieved higher growth rates through its differentiated advantage in AI.However,due to its late entry,there is still a certain gap in its strength in the underlying infrastructure of cloud services and its market layout in the application layer compared to Alibaba Cloud,Tencent Cloud,and Huawei Cloud.In the context of fierce competition in China’s cloud computing market,how to further increase market share and maintain stable and healthy growth is a challenge that Baidu AI Cloud needs to explore.This paper selects Baidu AI Cloud as the research subject,using methods such as literature research,survey research,and interviews.After conducting an internal and external environment analysis and SWOT analysis of Baidu AI Cloud,this paper combines the 4V marketing theory tools to conduct a detailed analysis of the current marketing situation of Baidu AI Cloud,and summarizes the problems existing in its current marketing situation.This article proposes optimization suggestions for Company B’s marketing strategy from four aspects: differentiation,functional flexibility,added value,and customer resonance,based on the comprehensive analysis mentioned earlier.Finally,this article analyzes the necessary safeguards required for implementing optimization strategies from four aspects: identifying the right business direction,implementing matrix management,cultivating a sense of ownership,and maintaining technological advancement.The innovation of this paper lies in the combination of work experience and market research to summarize and analyze the marketing strategy of cloud computing services.Most of the previous research on cloud computing was based on a technical perspective,while the perspective of this paper’s research is different.This paper uses the 4V marketing theory to conduct research on the optimization of Baidu AI Cloud’s marketing strategy,which not only has important practical significance for the development of Baidu AI Cloud itself,but also has certain theoretical significance for the development of marketing theory in the cloud computing market. |
