China’s Internet Data Center(IDC)market scale is growing rapidly,and the data center industry has entered the second half of the operation management competition.Data center A is an IDC company that has just entered the operation period.Under the background of dual industry attributes of real estate and Internet,how to optimize its operating cost management is a topic worth studying.Based on the research and sorting of relevant literature on the integration of industry and finance theory and its realization path,this paper conducts in-depth analysis on A data company through comparative analysis,field investigation,case analysis and field investigation.First of all,this paper gives A detailed description of Company A’s industry profile,enterprise profile and operating cost profile,and makes an in-depth analysis of the cost composition of peer enterprises,so as to form A basic understanding of company A’s cost management.Secondly,based on the interview results from the perspective of the integration of industry and finance,the problems existing in operating costs are analyzed from the perspective of organizational arrangement,business process design,daily financial management and information system construction.Then,based on the interview results from the perspective of the integration of industry and finance,this paper analyzes the causes of operating cost management problems from the three dimensions of internal control construction,historical evolution and personnel management,and summarizes the shortcomings in the operating cost process.This paper explores the optimal management method of operating cost based on the realization path of the integration of industry and finance,hoping to provide reference for the operating cost management of other data center companies.This paper draws the following conclusions:(1)The power cost control of Company A is lower than the cost control level of peers.The operating cost of Company A is at a disadvantage in peer competition,and the main problem is reflected in power cost control.In terms of power cost control,whether it is to improve the operation efficiency of equipment,or reduce the loss in the daily operation and maintenance management of equipment,or consider the introduction or development of energysaving technology,or realize the access of green energy,cost control is a very professional work,and it is difficult for the financial end to directly realize the cost control.(2)The operating cost of Company A is obviously separated from the management of industry and finance.The professionalism of the work at both ends of the industry and finance itself makes the threshold of coordination between the industry and finance departments,the industry makes the finance weak control over the cost of the enterprise,and the finance end cannot jointly promote the optimal management of the cost,which restricts the steady and healthy development of the enterprise.(3)The lack of corporate governance is the main reason for the separation of business and financial management.The management of A company does not pay enough attention to the construction of internal control;The major changes of enterprise ownership structure have brought about many changes in the nature of the enterprise;The long construction period of the project leads to the lack of original and basic information of the enterprise and the phenomenon of "island" of talent management elements.It affects the fine cost management of the enterprise,hinders the promotion of the integration management of industry and finance of Company A,and affects the efficient cost management of the enterprise.For the optimization of operating cost management,the implementation path of the integration of industry and finance is designed.Specific optimization suggestions are as follows:(1)integrate industry and finance into the strategic management system to consolidate the foundation of industry and finance integration;(2)Improve the budget management system and sort out the awareness of integration of industry and finance;(3)Optimize the cost accounting system and deepen the integration of business and finance;(4)Build a new information system to ensure the integration of industry and finance;(5)Build a training platform for business finance and consolidate the foundation of business integration.In this way,we can give full play to the guiding role of financial departments in business work,break the barriers between industry and finance departments,optimize the business process of cost management,so as to improve the level of cost management and provide internal power for the future development of enterprises.
