Research On GT Company's Technological Innovation Strateg

Nowadays,a new round of technological innovation and industrial revolution is accelerating on a global scale,accompanied by the extensive penetration of digital technologies into every field of economic and societal development.Riding the waves of the co-existence of challenges and opportunities,enterprises are now crying out for developing technologically creative strategies and stimulating innovative vitality to overcome any barriers presented to them.Taking GT company as an example,this thesis proposes research approaches and theoretical tactics by integrating the overall strategies adopted by this corporate,with an aim to optimize management patterns,to enhance core competitiveness in technologies and to help enterprises step into a new era of digital economy.This thesis,which revolves around the theoretical dynamics of enterprises’ digital polices as well as digital technology innovation approaches in the digital economy,briefly analyzes the development trend of technologically innovative strategies in recent years through literature review,and teases out the internal and external environment of GT company’s technology innovation by employing such research methods as Porter’s Five Forces Model.By means of using EFE matrix and IFE matrix to quantify the key factors identified,combining overall tactics for GT company to develop and compete,adopting QSPM matrix to evaluate the backup plans for technical creativity,technical innovation strategies for future development of GT company will be singled out and a series of implementation and insurance guarantee measures will also be adopted to ensure the effective administration and sustainable development of technological innovation.This paper believes that technology innovation strategy,as a functional one,should be grounded in the overall tactics for the development and competition of companies in digital economy.It aims to discover the potentials of data in the progress of enterprises,promote the innovation of talents,strengthen the energy of technological creativity,thus encouraging the technical innovation strategies to better serve the longterm development of enterprises.I sincerely hope that this paper could theoretically propose basis for making decisions by utilizing technology innovation strategies for GT company and other technology R&D enterprises.
