| In recent years,the domestic and international market environment has become increasingly complex,deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises has become a new requirement for the development of state-owned enterprises in the new era,and the management of employees in state-owned enterprises is being transformed from traditional personnel management to modern human resource management.However,SOEs have long suffered from a lack of awareness of the importance of human resource management and a lack of effective management measures,causing them to gradually lose their vitality,operate inefficiently and lose their competitiveness in an increasingly competitive market environment.As a financial asset management company,state-owned enterprise Y has both the common problems of state-owned enterprises and some special problems of its own,especially the motivation of grassroots employees.This paper combines the existing motivation theories and research results at home and abroad,designs questionnaires and interview outlines that are in line with the actual motivation of grass-roots employees in state-owned enterprises,uses a combination of questionnaires and interviews to investigate and analyze the current situation of the motivation mechanism of grass-roots employees in state-owned enterprises,finds out the problems in the motivation mechanism of grass-roots employees in state-owned enterprises such as remuneration and benefits,performance assessment,career development,education and training,corporate culture and so on.The problems of the incentive mechanism of the grassroots staff in state-owned enterprises are identified,and the problems are combined with targeted solutions and optimisation plans,and the corresponding implementation principles and guarantee measures are formulated to ensure the effective implementation of the incentive mechanism.The establishment of the incentive mechanism is a process of continuous improvement and gradual progress,and it is necessary to continuously explore more comprehensive and in-depth optimisation plans to further cope with and solve problems that may occur in the future,so as to ensure the sustainable development of Y SOE and provide certain reference values for other financial asset management companies or SOEs of similar nature. |
