Research On The Incentive Mechanism Reform Of Large And Medium-sized State-owned Enterprises In Jilin Province

State-owned enterprises are an important support force for the overall revitalization of the old industrial base in Jilin Province.In recent years,the transformation of the Phoenix has been constantly staged on the stage of reform of state-owned enterprises in Jilin Province.The various reforms of state-owned enterprises in Jilin Province have been fully expanded,and a series of reform measures have been implemented to promote the continuous optimization of the state-owned economic structure in Jilin Province.Substantial progress has been made in the reform of state-owned enterprises.However,with the continuous progress of the reform process and the increasing degree of marketization of enterprises,the competition of state-owned enterprises has gradually shifted from material capital competition in the past to human capital competition.How to arouse the enthusiasm and initiative of employees of old state-owned enterprises is an important issue facing state-owned enterprises today.In this context,the reform of incentive mechanism has once again become an important content of the reform of state-owned enterprises by enterprises and scholars.Based on the characteristics of the incentive mechanism of state-owned enterprises,this paper analyzes the common problems and causes of the incentive mechanism of state-owned enterprises in Jilin province,and takes a state-owned enterprise as an example,deeply analyzes the specific problems of the incentive mechanism and the reasons for its emergence.By designing the optimal path of the incentive mechanism,we improve the incentive system of the enterprise,try to extend the experience of the optimization of the enterprise to the reform process of the intrinsic incentive mechanism of enterprises in Jilin province,and put forward the reform strategy of the incentive mechanism of state-owned enterprises in Jilin province.
