Evaluation Research On Contract Risk Analysis Of Sinopec Henan Shangqiu Branch

Contract is an important work throughout the operation and development of enterprises,and contract management plays an important role in ensuring the operation and development of enterprises.Risk management,as an important element of contract management,helps enterprises to better avoid possible contract risks through effective risk identification,risk evaluation and other processes,so as to improve the level and capability of contract risk management.Shangqiu Branch is a subsidiary of Sinopec Henan Petroleum Company,which was established in 2000 and has formed a relatively complete contract management system after years of development,but the contract risk management capability is still insufficient.In the field survey,it was found that the lack of contract risk management in Shangqiu Branch in recent years has led the company to face huge capital losses and often legal disputes.Methods: Based on risk management theory and using research methods such as Delphi method and hierarchical analysis,this study analyzes the problems and causes of contract risk management in the operating category of Shangqiu Branch through risk identification and evaluation of Shangqiu Branch,and further proposes corresponding solution strategies and recommendations.The study concluded that currently,Shangqiu Branch is facing contract preparation and conclusion risk,contract performance risk and contract termination risk,among which,contract preparation and conclusion risk is of medium level,contract performance risk is of high level and contract termination risk is of medium level.Combining the contract risk management situation and evaluation results of Shangqiu Branch,the analysis of contract risk management problems of Shangqiu Branch reveals that there are mainly insufficient knowledge of contract risk management,lack of contract risk management system of Shangqiu Branch,low supervision of contract risk management,and single means and methods of contract risk management.The reasons for this are insufficient awareness of contract risk management at the top level of the enterprise,failure to develop a standard contract risk management system according to the actual situation of the enterprise,lack of contract risk management supervision and evaluation mechanism,and low level of contract risk management informationization.Based on this,this study concludes that it is necessary to improve contract risk management by enhancing the awareness and consciousness of contract risk management within the enterprise,establishing a perfect contract risk management system based on risk management theory,strengthening the supervision of contract risk management,and exploring the means and methods of informationization of contract risk management.
