Research On Contract Risk Management Of A Company

With the establishment and improvement of China’s socialist market economy and the acceleration of the process of global economic integration,the reform and development of Chinese enterprises have made great achievements.However,China enterprises in international operation has exposed its legal weakness,which not only caused the attention of the government,but also to stimulate the enthusiasm of the theoretical circles,especially for contract management as one of the legal risk prevention and management.Under the condition of market economy,standardize the management of the contract and scientific degree can reflect fundamentally if the firm is in a controllable state,it is used to measure the management level of the enterprise,to some extent,it also reflects a barometer of the level of enterprise management,has a direct impact on the success of business.On the basis of summarizing the theory of risk management and contract management,the author puts forward the focal point of this study,the contract risk management,and takes A company as a case study.This paper is divided into six parts: the first part mainly introduces the background,research and technical route and research contents;the second part,from the definition of contract management,risk management,risk management,the definition of the origin of the risk management process as well as the domestic and foreign experts and scholars on the contract risk management theory research are outlined;the third part,the contract risk management mainly analyzes the current situation of A company,find out the existing problems as the basis for the follow-up of the risk identification and assessment;the fourth part,mainly for identification and risk assessment of the contract risk management of A company,and through the questionnaire,evaluate the status of the importance of factors and A company A company,find out the key points in the contract risk management and the weak point,for the construction of risk management system and puts forward the foundation the strategy;The five part is the main part of the contract,the construction of risk management system of A company,mainly puts forward the design idea of the contract management system,design the risk management system,and the specific management methods on the control of contract process management focus and weak points,ideas and methods put forward the evaluation of contract effect;the sixth part A,according to the company’s weak point,put forward four management measures,to ensure the effective implementation of contract risk management.
