Investigation And Research On The Operation Mode And Effect Of The Land Stock Cooperative In Shawan City

The development of land stock cooperatives plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the development of rural economy in China.In the 2020 Central Document No.1,it was proposed to focus on the cultivation of new agricultural business entities,especially farmers’ professional cooperatives,which should include dispersed farmers in the agricultural industry chain.The strategic plan for rural revitalization emphasizes the vigorous development of various forms of stock cooperation.In 2023,the No.1 central document pointed out that efforts should be made to solve the problem of land fragmentation in agricultural production,and farmers’ cooperatives should be established to lead small farmers to develop cooperative operations.Therefore,land stock cooperatives have become the key to promoting the development of China’s rural economy and solving the "three rural" problems.Investigating and studying the operation mode and effect of the land stock cooperatives in Shawan City,Xinjiang,can create a good environment for the standardized development and large-scale operation of rural land stock cooperatives,accelerate the increase of farmers’ income and the construction of digital countryside,so as to achieve real rural revitalization.This article first introduces the current situation of rural land stock cooperatives in Shawan City,and conducts a statistical analysis of 73 land stock cooperatives under three models: led by the Party branch,independently operated,and driven by leading enterprises,using a survey questionnaire;Then,through case analysis,a comparative analysis was conducted on typical cases of land stock cooperatives under the above three modes,and it was found that different cooperation modes have different applicable scopes and conditions;Finally,the Analytic Hierarchy Process was used to comprehensively evaluate the effectiveness of the Land Stock Cooperative in Shawan City.It was found that the overall development of the Land Stock Cooperative in Shawan City is currently at a moderate level,with the leading enterprise driven type having the best comprehensive performance,followed by the party branch led type,and the self operated type having the worst performance.Therefore,in the process of promoting land stock cooperatives,different forms of land stock cooperation should be adopted based on the regional development characteristics and economic development level of Shawan City.On this basis,feasible countermeasures and suggestions were proposed to promote the development of land stock cooperatives from policies,funds,talents,and other aspects.
