Due to the rapid change of consumer requirements for new products, enterprises have to compress all links of products from R&D to market, which means that the supply chain needs to complete the transportation of raw materials, spare parts, product assembly, market launch and last-mile transportation in a short period of time, and the requirements for supply chain robustness are increased. Not only that,"black swan" events such as COVID-19 and natural disasters have been occurring in recent years, all of which make the contemporary supply chain management more and more difficult, the supply chain is facing unprecedented challenges, forcing companies to reform the existing supply chain model. At this time, companies need to understand the end-to-end of the supply chain more carefully and thoroughly, and the supply chain needs to be more flexible and agile, more optimized to adapt to the dynamic changes in the environment, and improve the robustness of the supply chain.Digitalization has a new value and meaning for supply chain management, which puts forward new and more challenging requirements for supply chain.Compared with the traditional model, digital supply chain can transfer all the data online, apply the progress of artificial intelligence, big data, cloud computing,Internet of Things and other technologies to open up the information exchange restrictions in each link of the supply chain, quickly connect to supply channels and solve unexpected situations. Moreover, the digital supply chain can dig deeper into hidden information to predict customers’ needs one step ahead and provide them with more scientific purchasing decisions. In this paper,we study the definition and influence mechanism of three variables:digital capability, supply chain collaboration, and supply chain robustness from the perspective of resource-based theory and dynamic capability, and construct a theoretical model of the three. The digital capability is measured by the four dimensions of digital foundation capability, digital analysis capability, digital application capability, and digital development capability based on the mature scale;the supply chain collaboration is measured by the three dimensions of information sharing, synchronous decision making and incentive alliance based on the selection of appropriate questions from the previous mature scale;the supply chain robustness is measured by the two dimensions of advance prevention and response recovery based on the new scale designed by the previous research;and the supply chain robustness is a new scale designed based on previous research, measured by two dimensions: early prevention and response recovery; After pre-investigation and testing,a formal questionnaire was formed. The structural model was empirically analyzed using the software SPSS24.0 and AMOS24.0 with 440 valid questionnaires recovered as the data source, using Shandong Province enterprises as the research object. It is found that digital capability and supply chain collaboration has a significant positive impact on supply chain robustness, digital foundation capability, digital analysis capability, and digital application capability have a significant positive impact on supply chain collaboration, but digital development capability has no significant impact on supply chain collaboration, and supply chain collaboration plays a mediating role between digital capability and supply chain robustness.
