| The implementation of the Rural revitalization Strategy and the introduction of the Overall Plan for Building Hainan Free Trade Port have provided crucial policy support for the coordinated development of tourism and efficient tropical agriculture in Hainan Province.Sanya Haitangwan Rice National Park Development Co.,Ltd.is responsible for the operation and management of Sanya Rice National Park(Grade AAAA),which serves as the representative research object in this paper.Initially,literature research and comparative analysis were utilized to summarize the common problems and existing experiences in the development strategy of agricultural parks.Subsequently,we conducted field investigations and roundtable talks with the management of Sanya Haitangwan Rice National Park Development Co.,LTD.,tourism experts and agricultural experts,respectively,and conducted face-to-face interviews with tourists.We sorted out the obtained data and analyzed the development strategy status and existing problems of Sanya Haitangwan Rice National Park Development Co.,LTD.The internal environment of Haitangwan Rice National Park Development Co.,Ltd.in Sanya City was defined by a comprehensive analysis of the internal environment through the evaluation matrix of internal environmental factors.Additionally,the macro-environment and industrial competition environment of Sanya Haitangwan Rice National Park Development Co.,Ltd.were analyzed by using PEST analysis and Porter’s five forces model analysis method.The external environment was comprehensively analyzed by the external environmental factors evaluation matrix,enabling us to clarify the external environment of Sanya Haitangwan Rice National Park Development Co.,LTD.We conducted a comprehensive SWOT analysis to evaluate the internal advantages and disadvantages of Sanya Haitangwan Rice National Park Development Co.,Ltd.and the external opportunities and threats.Based on The SWOT matrix analysis,we selected the most suitable development strategy for the company.We also analyzed and referenced Keukenhof Agricultural Park in the Netherlands and Lanling National Agricultural Park in Shandong Province.Finally,we formulated the development vision and strategic objectives of Sanya Haitangwan Rice National Park Development Co.,LTD.and determined the development strategy of the business and functional levels.We also planned safeguard measures for the implementation of the strategy.The following are the results:(1)Based on the SWOT matrix analysis,we recommend the enhanced strategy for Haitangwan Rice National Park Development Co.,LTD.,Sanya City.the company should take advantage of the rural revitalization strategy and the construction of a free trade port,grasp the great opportunity of the vigorous development of national economy,combine its own location,rice resources,and rice scientific research advantages,strengthen the cultural connotation of the Li ethnic group paddy field,and improve the development of tourism products of the whole rice industry chain.The company should also strengthen the core competitiveness of diversified agricultural tourism products featuring rice,seize the market and expand the share,and implement the enhanced strategy.(2)We suggest that Sanya Haitangwan Rice National Park Development Co.,Ltd.choose relevant diversification and differentiation strategies at the business level.The company should implement the diversification strategy,give play to the advantages of the existing business diversity,expand the market,reduce risks,improve benefits,and enhance the brand image.Moreover,the differentiation strategy should be implemented to fully explore and display the difference and heterogeneity of rice farming culture of Li ethnic group.The company should integrate this culture into the rich connotation of rice farming culture and develop various rice-related agriculture,tourism and agriculture-tourism integration products.At the functional level,it is also necessary to integrate modern mobile network technology and sales promotion methods into publicity and marketing efforts.In addition,the garden department should increase the investment in agricultural science and technology,By leveraging agricultural high technology,scenic spots can be upgraded,and the overall competitiveness of the company can be enhanced.(3)The development strategy guarantee measures of Sanya Haitangwan Rice National Park Development Co.,Ltd.should primarily focus ongaining the support of the government,strengthening the organization and management of scenic spots,emphasizing talent introduction and training,enhancing the incentive mechanism,and improving infrastructure development.This study has formulated a new development strategy for Sanya City Haitangwan Rice National Park Development Co.,Ltd.To solve the problems in managing the park.Ways and safeguard measures were also proposed to implement the strategy.The results can serve as a reference for future development strategies of Sanya Haitangwan Rice National Park Development Co.,Ltd.,and have a certain reference for the development strategy research of Chinese agricultural park companies. |
