Research On The Development Strategy Of State Grid M Electric Power Research Institut

China has entered a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way and embarked on a new journey of building a modern socialist country.The achievements so far are inseparable from infrastructure construction,let alone power supply and power system renewal.As the second-level unit directly under State Grid M Power,State Grid M Electric Power Research Institute undertakes important tasks such as special electric power scientific research,technical support for Mengdong Power Grid,technical services for power generation enterprises,and the integration of production and education of the parent company.In the face of new historical opportunities and new requirements,new situation of power grid transformation,new tasks of scientific and technological research and development,and new challenges of reform and supervision,how to find the right position and take advantage of the situation to develop is a major problem to be solved urgently.This paper takes the State Grid Electric Power Research Institute as an example,firstly expounds the current situation,development history,company scale and strategic problems encountered by the enterprise,and analyzes core competitiveness,market awareness,enterprise management,integration of industry and education in four aspects.Secondly,using PEST analysis method,industry life cycle theory and Porter’s five forces model,combined with the actual situation of the integration of production and education of State Grid M Power,summarizes the opportunities and challenges faced by enterprises.Then analyze the internal resources and capabilities of the enterprise,and summarize its own strengths and weaknesses.Finally,through SWOT analysis,the enterprise should choose the strategy and supporting measures and guarantees.The State Grid Electric Power Research Institute should choose an expansionary development strategy with "four centers and three platforms" as the core,and put forward four targeted safeguard measures.The research results clarify the thinking for the development of the State Grid Electric Power Research Institute,formulate development goals to meet the challenges and opportunities at present and for a period of time in the future,and give implementation steps to achieve the goals.At the same time,the research results also provide reference and reference for the development of other research institutions in the domestic power industry.
