With the increasing market competition,more and more enterprises realize the importance of "customer satisfaction",and begin to focus on "product + service" instead of only focusing on product manufacturing itself.Servitization has become the mainstream trend in the development of manufacturing enterprises.However,in the process of attempting servitization transformation,manufacturing enterprises may fall into "servitization paradox" : enterprise servitization cost investment increases but performance declines.What servitization upgrade path should manufacturing enterprises design,improve the level of servitization,and solve the "paradox of servitization" on the premise of meeting customer needs has become a hot research issue.In recent years,the rapid development of industrial big data technology and its application in intelligent manufacturing provide new ideas for enterprises to explore the upgrading path of service.Therefore,this paper carries out research to explore the upgrading path of service-oriented manufacturing with industrial big data empowerment.The main work is divided into the following three parts:(1)This paper constructs a theoretical model of the upgrade path of industrial big data empowerment of manufacturing services.Using the literature analysis method,integrate,analyze and summarize the latest research results on the servitization of manufacturing industry and industrial big data at home and abroad,extract the factors that affect the upgrading of the servitization of manufacturing enterprises,and combine the effects of industrial big data on the factors.Based on the latent variables and research hypotheses of the model,a theoretical model of the upgrading path of industrial big data empowering manufacturing services is proposed.(2)This paper through a variety questionnaire to collect data manufacturing enterprises,and using structural equation model method to verify and modify the theoretical model of service-oriented upgrade path of industrial big data empowering manufacturing industry.Finally,this paper obtains two paths for industrial big data empowering manufacturing enterprises to upgrade their services: the first path is that industrial big data can improve the customer oriented ability of enterprises to achieve the service-oriented manufacturing industry.The second path is that industrial big data can improve the service level by enhancing the service innovation ability of enterprises.The influence coefficients of the two paths are obvious,so manufacturing enterprises can choose appropriate paths according to their actual situation.(3)Take Sany Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd.as a case to analyze the applicable objects and evolution mode of the industrial big data enabling manufacturing service upgrading path.The analysis shows that path one is suitable for manufacturing enterprises with weak data acquisition and analysis ability and less servitization experience,which hope to realize servitization upgrade gradually.On the premise of providing high-quality basic services,path two integrates and analyzes internal and external source data of enterprises,and jointly incorporates them into enabling factors as industrial big data,which is suitable for large manufacturing enterprises with strong data acquisition and analysis capabilities,rich experience in service upgrading and strong competitiveness.Enterprises can evolve from Path one to Path two by improving data acquisition and analysis capabilities.
