Study On Management Optimization Of Green Supply Chain For D Company

With the increasing influence of environmental protection in people's daily lives,the concept of green production has been deeply rooted in people's hearts.More and more companies have recognized the importance of social responsibility,and they also realize that sustainable development has a huge relationship with the long-term development of enterprises.Many companies have begun to consider how they can create economic benefits while balancing the green economy management model.Therefore,many companies have begun to choose to research green supply chains to achieve sustainable development goals.Green supply chain management emphasizes low input and large-scale logistics,pays attention to green production and transportation,helps enterprises reduce production and operation costs,and at the same time protects the environment and saves resources,achieving the goal of energy saving,high efficiency and less pollution,thus improving the competitive advantage of enterprises.It is more conducive to enhancing corporate social responsibility awareness and enhancing corporate image.Based on the relevant theories of supply chain management,this paper summarizes the management system of Company D,analyzes the external environment of Company D by using PEST analysis model,and introduces the main competitors of Company D.Based on the status quo of D company's green supply chain management,the problems accounts for five aspects of the problem include that uneco-friendly materials in product packaging;low recovery rate of product packaging;high environmental pollution caused by product manufacturing;opaque recycling process to consumers,and low proportion of green logistics of products.Then the article explored five reasons for the problem.Based on the triple bottom line theory,the corresponding solution is given to optimize green supply chain system of Company D.Finally form a closed loop of green supply chain reverse logistics.In the implementation stage of the optimization plan,the management mode based on the Deming circle is proposed for planning and implementation,and the implementation of the optimization plan is guaranteed from the corresponding mechanisms such as the performance evaluation system.This paper adopts the principle of triple bottom line theory,and proposes an optimized plan from the problems arising from product design,product procurement,product manufacturing,product sales and product logistics.It requires enterprises to pay attention to social and environmental indicators,while paying attention to traditional financial indicators.If companies are to achieve sustainable development,they must work hard in these three areas in order to achieve long-term economic benefits and long-term competitive advantages.
