A Research On Supply Chain Coordination And Operation Optimization In Consideration Of Reciprocal Under Carbon Trading Regulation

Greenhouse gases are considered to be the main culprit of global warming and frequent fog and haze.In order to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and regulate environmental issues,the United States signed the United Nations Framework Convention on climate change and the Kyoto Protocol two documents,laid the legal basis for global carbon emissions reduction.From the national level,carbon emission reduction has become a country to consider their own policy environment;from the enterprise level,carbon emission reduction has become a reference point for its production and operation decisions.Due to the existence of various unexpected events affect the supply chain the original production decision,the significance of more and more scholars begin to realize the research of supply chain disturbance,unexpected events may cause the node enterprises of supply chain demand changes,when the supply chain by some interference factors,will lead to some parameters of the supply chain on the enterprise,such as changes in demand,the retail price per unit of product,carbon emission reduction,the supply chain is a dynamic complex system,small changes in business parameters may affect the other enterprises in the supply chain through the chain transfer(disturbance effect),this effect is often much larger than the disturbance factors.When a disturbance occurs,may make the decision of enterprises such as the original amount of optimal price and optimal emission reduction and optimal output and to maximize profits change,may also make the original supply chain by coordination becomes uncoordinated.Therefore.how to design and contract to minimize the loss,still can achieve the optimal performance of the Pareto.The interference factors of supply chain demand disturbance,and then to achieve supply chain coordination is a very meaningful research topic.Because of the existence of incomplete information conditions and the behavior of'participants in the decision by the emotional control,etc.,completely rational people do not exist.Participants generally follow the principle of reciprocity.Therefore,the analysis of human behavior from the perspective of social psychology is closer to reality than from the traditional economic perspective.Reciprocal preferences not only exist in the individual behavior also exists in the enterprise decision-making,will this mutual social preference into the supply chain.evolutionary game model is established in the supply chain upstream and downstream suppliers and retailers,the evolutionary stable strategy in the evolution process of enterprise,through the analysis of the influence of the sensitivity factor(ESS),is proposed the key factors affecting the supply chain coordination,and the improvement measures are discussed:firstly,the reciprocity of low carbon supply chain collaborative knowledge innovation to maintain low carbon supply chain coordination is very important;secondly,the establishment of sound social reputation propagation mechanism is very important to maintain the stability of supply chain operation;finally,the reciprocity of low carbon supply chain closely related to mutual coefficient selection and supply chain coordination of suppliers and retailers appropriate.
