| In the customer direct connection manufacturing mode(Customer to Manufacturer,C2M),when the manufacturing enterprise makes the order acceptance decision and the production scheduling decision respectively,it is easy to lead to conflict of goals,and it is difficult to achieve the overall optimal goal of the enterprise.In the case of time series association between C2 M orders,the satisfaction of current order fulfillment has an inducing effect on orders in the future planning period.When the order acceptance decision and the production scheduling decision are not coordinated,the enterprise may not be able to meet the customer demand with quality and quantity.The research on the C2 M order acceptance and scheduling decision problem considering time series association has theoretical and practical value.Under the constraint of production capacity within a certain time window of the enterprise,aiming at the C2 M order acceptance and scheduling problem with mandatory delivery constraint,the manual overtime strategy is adopted,and the order acceptance and scheduling decision model based on time series association is established.On this basis,aiming at the acceptance and scheduling decision problem of partial C2 M orders that allow delayed delivery,considering the delay penalty constraint,the order acceptance and scheduling decision model based on time series association is established.The mathematical modeling and optimization algorithm are applied to study the C2 M order acceptance and scheduling decision problem under the constraints of orders with different delivery.(1)The characteristics of order acceptance and scheduling decision problem are comprehensively analyzed.The main factors affecting order acceptance and scheduling decision are expounded in detail.Then the order acceptance and scheduling rules based on time windows are proposed,that is,considering due date guideline,balancing economic benefits and long-term development guideline,and base on production capacity and logistics capacity guideline at the same time,which lays the foundation for the subsequent establishment of optimization models.(2)Based on the production capacity constraint within a certain time window,aiming at the C2 M order acceptance and scheduling decision problem with mandatory delivery constraint.The ability constraint of the company’s employees is considered.The manual overtime strategy is adopted.According to the order acceptance and scheduling rules based on time window constraints,the C2 M order acceptance and scheduling decision model based on time series association is established with the goal of maximizing long-term profits and maintaining customer relationships.The improved tabu search algorithm is designed to solve the model.Combined with the empirical analysis of the whole house custom furniture enterprise,the superiority and effectiveness of order acceptance and scheduling decision considering time series association are proven.The improved tabu search algorithm can get the effective approximate optimal solution.(3)Based on the production capacity constraint within a certain time window,aiming at the delayed delivery is allowed for some C2 M orders and the other are not allowed(mandatory delivery),considering the ability constraint of the company’s employees and backorder penalty,the C2 M order acceptance and scheduling decision model based on time series association is established and solved with the goal of maximizing long-term profits,minimizing order delay time,and maintaining customer relationships.Combined with empirical analysis,the superiority of the proposed order acceptance and scheduling rules considering time series association is demonstrated.The approximate optimal solution obtained by the improved tabu search algorithm is robust. |
