With the market environment becomes more and more complex,the production mode of manufacturing enterprises are changing from the original MTS(Make-to-Stock)production mode to the MTO(Make-to-order)production mode.When using MTO production mode to manufacture products,The choice of order is a very important part.According to the forecast of production capacity of enterprise production system,the sales department selectivity accepts the order,this way is the traditional order acceptance method.While this method is not completely consistent with the actual production situation of the production department,so that it may cause the production capacity is not be completely used or the order task can't be finished on time.At last,it will influence company's economy and reputation.Because of the above problems,this article shows a new decision scheme which is based on the integration of order acceptance and production scheduling,this scheme can integrate the production system with order acceptance.What's more,when we are choosing the order,we can finish the order scheduling scheme at the same time.And it will make sure this order can be delivered on time so that we gain more profits.The acceptance and production of rush orders is a special and unpredictable case about order acceptance and scheduling problem.It has some characteristics,such as short delivery time,high order profits and so on,and it can apply more harvest to the company.But because there is no production arrangement in the original production plan,so that the acceptance and production of rush orders will have a huge negative impact on the production system.On the other hand,it is a difficult problem for MTO production enterprise about how to accept and arrange these orders.In the course of the study,this article analysis MTO production enterprise's order acceptance and job shop scheduling problem firstly.According to the characteristics of MTO production enterprises,we establish an order acceptance decision model which is based on the integration of order acceptance and scheduling in multi node production line.As long as it can ensure complete production task before the deadline,this mode can apply more order profits for manufacturing enterprise.According to the characteristics of multi-stage assembly line production system and the need of order acceptance and scheduling integrated decision model,we propose a shop scheduling algorithm which is based on the genetic algorithm with two layers.By adjusting the fitness function of the algorithm program code,we can complete the order acceptance and scheduling of the integrated decision-making model of the algorithm.Rush orders is a special order in business orders,which can peremptorily produce in the situation of without making arrangements.Therefore,it has huge influence on production system.In this paper,at the background of MTO multi-stage assembly line production system,we set up an rush order interpolation model,when some companies are receiving rush orders,they can propose a reasonable production scheduling scheme,and pursue more order returns.Finally,we adjust the fitness function program through the shop scheduling algorithm of double encoding genetic algorithm,and complete the simulation of these two models.It verifies that these models are effective and feasible,and the result is satisfactory.
