Research On Financial Risk Analysis And Control Of Quanzhi Technology

Along with the coming of economy globalization,the rapid development of science and technology has permeated all over the world.At the same time,the new and high technology companies in our country are rising up as well,which is the main power for the promotion of economy and the maintenance of the society.The "Torch Plan" was initiated by the MST in Aug.1988,and it started to develop Chinese hi-tech companies.Based on these,we have put forward a number of policies and measures to promote high and new technology enterprises,which is a major strategy mission.Relative to other sectors,hi-tech industry is characterized by its own unique requirements,technological innovation,and its invisible capital ratio is very high.Meanwhile,the special features of the industry cause the related finance risk.Compared with other kinds of companies,this kind of companies pay more attention to the financial risk.Therefore,it is very important for high and new technology companies to recognize finance risk properly and to perfect their control methods,which is beneficial to their sound running and fast growth.Taking Quanzhi Technology Corporation as a case study,this article analyses the enterprise’s finance risk,and proposes the prevention measures according to the high tech industrial background and finance information.Through comparison between Quanzhi Technology’s financial information and last year’s data,we can discover its financial risk.Furthermore,we chose two typical firms from the same field to make a comparative analysis on Quanzhi Technology’s finances.In the concrete analysis,we adopt both quantitative and qualitative methods,so that the results can be more reliable and convincing.Then,from the point of view of counter measure,this paper puts forward some measures to manage the finance risk,which will help us to adapt to the present circumstances.I hope this paper will be helpful to Quanzhi Technology and other high tech enterprises in order to make them more compatible with the features of high and new technology.
