The use of property rights in exchange for tourism development of ancient villages,for developers,because of the clear analysis of the ownership of resources,to avoid the subsequent development of property rights disputes that may arise,the investment income is enviable;for the local government,not only can get the tourism scenic business tax,but also get the ancient village protection funds to support,can be described as the best of both worlds.However,as for the aborigines of ancient villages,they are often the passive participants due to their disadvantaged status,and the spatial justice of the property right exchange tourism development model for the aborigines of ancient villages deserves the attention of all sectors of society.Based on the socio-spatial context,the article uses Nancy Fraser’s social justice scale theory and structural equations to construct a model,selects the ancient village of Huangling in Wuyuan as a case study,and constructs and measures the spatial justice model of ancient village tourism under property rights replacement from the perspective of residents’ perceptions.The article firstly introduces the background of the topic and the significance of the study,summarizes the relevant theories and defines the basic concepts.Secondly,on the basis of Nancy Fraser’s social justice scale theory,the three dimensions of recognition justice,distribution justice and participation justice and their specific indicators are constructed for the measurement of perceived spatial justice in tourism in the ancient villages with property rights replacement.Finally,the tourism spatial justice perception of the ancient village of Huangling was measured,the mean value of the perception results of each dimension was analyzed,the tourism spatial justice perception score of the ancient village of Huangling was calculated,and the possibility of unjust perception of tourism space was analyzed through the mean value as well as the comprehensive perception,and a feasible path of empowerment was proposed.The results of the study show that(1)the measurement model of tourism spatial justice perception of property right replacement type ancient villages can be characterized by the three-dimensional scales of recognize justice,distributive justice and participate justice and their 14 measurement indicators;(2)the tourism spatial justice perception results of Huangling residents are unjust.In the analysis of recognition and distributive justice dimensions,residents recognize the lack of recognition of their own identity and economy by the external society and the unjust distribution..The study is useful for expanding the research perspective of tourism spatial justice,providing a preliminary measurement tool and a typical case for the assessment of spatial justice in the same type of tourism destinations,and suggesting institutional empowerment paths for enhancing residents’ perceptions of tourism spatial justice.
