The commercial banks usher in a new era for development opportunity along with the gradual easing of external economic policy.For the sake of promoting efficient development of credit services,the implementation of team management becomes the reform and development direction for more and more commercial banks while launching credit services.Simultaneously,it is also believed by researchers and entrepreneurs that optimizing team management is beneficial for facilitating the development of credit services and strengthening supervision.Aiming at the current situation of credit team management in Y bank,the current team management theory was combined in this paper to put forward the existed problems in the management team of Y bank’s credit services.Furthermore,through analyzing the reasons for problems in team management,measures to optimize team management of credit services in Y bank were proposed accordingly.Firstly,foreign and domestic research results from team management theory had been summarized in this paper.Next,analysis had been conducted towards the requirements and current situation of credit services in Y bank through its operational data and organizational structure.By taking advantage of questionnaire survey and on-site interview,problems such as unreasonable team member constitution,chaotic selection and exit of team leaders,low degree of satisfaction against team performance assessment,and high risk in financing and rent-seeking control had been found in credit services of Y bank.In the meantime,analysis towards existed problems and reasons had been made.Then,in order to improve overall performance and mutual supervision and balance situation inside and between teams,this paper came up with optimization measures and specific plans such as complementary advantages among team members,preferential selection of team leaders,and optimization of performance evaluation plans.Finally,a comparison to the team management of credit services in Y Bank before and after optimization had been made.In this paper,literature research,questionnaire survey,on-site interview,and concrete analysis methods had been adopted to study the current situation,to collect and compare business data of Y Bank’s credit services.At the same time,detailed analysis of the questionnaire data and interview overview had been carried out.Improvement proposals for the team management of credit services in Y bank had been put forward by combining with the final results,and thus reaching to enhance team construction and strengthen financing rent-seeking and supervision for the credit services of Y bank.
