Study On The Effect Of Socialized Service Of Agricultural Machinery On The Technical Efficiency Of Maize Production

As one of the important food crops in China,maize is the largest crop with the largest planting area and yield in China.It is widely used in livestock breeding,biological utilization and other aspects.With the in-depth implementation of the agricultural supply-side structural reform and agricultural modernization and other policies,the corn yield has shown a steady and rising trend.With the continuous increase of corn yield per unit area and the continuous improvement of production technology efficiency,it has played an important role in ensuring corn supply and food security.Through the continuous improvement of the socialized service system of agricultural machinery and the continuous optimization of the services in the management of corn planting,it provides important condition support and basic guarantee for the better realization of the strategic development of rural revitalization.Through systematic research,the specific content of agricultural machinery socialized service is used to explore its impact factors and weight on the improvement of corn industry production technology efficiency,providing a theoretical basis for agricultural machinery socialized service to better promote the improvement of corn production technology efficiency.The No.1 central document of the Central Government in 2023 mentioned that it is necessary to promote the efficiency of agricultural operation,implement the promotion action of agricultural socialized services,and promote the cost saving and efficiency increasing,quality and efficiency improving,and marketing efficiency increasing of agriculture.It can be seen that agricultural socialized services play an important role in promoting the better development of agricultural production activities.In view of this,taking corn planting farmers in Jilin Province as the research object,based on input-output theory,transaction cost theory,farmer behavior theory,random frontier analysis,and other relevant theories,and from the perspective of agricultural machinery socialized services,this paper explores its impact on the technical efficiency of corn production.Through in-depth investigation of 426 corn planting households in 22 administrative villages in 11 cities and prefectures in Jilin Province,the current situation and existing problems of agricultural machinery socialized services in Jilin Province were explored,the stochastic frontier production function(SFA)model and the technical inefficiency model were constructed,the impact of agricultural machinery socialized services on the technical efficiency of corn production was analyzed,and the development path of agricultural machinery socialized services to improve the technical efficiency of corn production was analyzed,Finally,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the socialized service system of agricultural machinery in Jilin Province to improve the technical efficiency of corn industry production.First of all,through the research of relevant concepts and theories,it is found that the socialized service of agricultural machinery plays a positive role in improving the technical efficiency of corn industry production.The socialized service of agricultural machinery has stimulated the resources and capabilities of corn planting managers.Through land trusteeship,service outsourcing and other ways,agricultural machinery resources have formed complementary advantages among different links of corn production,and finally improved the technical efficiency of corn industry production.Secondly,through data research,we learned that the corn planting areas in Jilin Province are affected by geographical factors and other factors,and their production technology efficiency is different,and due to the uneven development of the agricultural machinery socialized service system,the agricultural machinery socialized service in Jilin Province has some shortcomings,such as the service subject level needs to be improved,the service content needs to be innovatively developed,the service model needs to be adaptive explored,and the regional coordinated development of services needs to be strengthened.Thirdly,by constructing a stochastic frontier production function model and a technical inefficiency model,the paper empirically analyzed the impact of agricultural machinery socialized services on the technical efficiency of corn production in Jilin Province.Through research,it was found that the average technical efficiency of corn production in Jilin Province is 76.19%,and there is still room for improvement.Through research,the agricultural machinery socialized services and other relevant factors were significantly analyzed,The specific factors affecting the improvement of production technology efficiency of corn industry in Jilin Province were obtained.Finally,according to the theoretical analysis and model regression analysis,in order to better play the role of agricultural machinery socialized service,through the design of the development path of Jilin Province’s agricultural machinery socialized service to improve the efficiency of corn production technology,the paper proposes to accelerate the construction of new specialized agricultural machinery talent training base,strengthen the construction of agricultural machinery service system,promote the construction of agricultural machinery operation main body,deepen the promotion of new agricultural mechanization production technology Innovate the forms of grass-roots services and promote the level of agricultural production skills of grass-roots farmers.
