Research On The Evaluation And Promotion Of Economic Development Quality In Shaanxi Province Under The Background Of High-Quality Development

China’s economic and social environment has undergone tremendous historical changes.Although China’s economy has been growing at a high speed for more than 30 years,in order to overcome structural problems,resource and environmental bottlenecks and achieve higher quality,fairer and more sustainable development,the economy has now shifted from quantitative growth For high-quality development,we are gradually adapting to the laws of economic development and the general trend of reforms,and we have taken steady and powerful steps to build a powerful socialist modernization country.In order to explore the quality of Shaanxi’s economic development in the context of highquality development,this paper combs through numerous domestic and foreign literature and books on the quality of economic development,and re-clarifies the connotation of the quality of economic development based on new specific requirements for high-quality development.The quality of provincial economic development can be analyzed in depth from both horizontal and vertical aspects.First,analyze the current status of economic development in Shaanxi Province from the perspective of economic development level and economic development quality.Secondly,from the five aspects of economic development innovation quality,coordination level,green development,openness level,and sharing level,an economic development quality evaluation index system is constructed to comprehensively analyze the economic development quality of Shaanxi Province.Entropy method and TOPSIS are used for longitudinal analysis The law-based evaluation model conducts in-depth research on the level and efficiency of economic development.The horizontal analysis uses factor analysis to compare and analyze the economic development quality of 31 provinces(municipalities)including Shaanxi Province.Finally,based on the analysis of the economic development quality of Shaanxi Province,the corresponding policy recommendations are put forward.The study concluded that Shaanxi’s economic development quality has been steadily increasing in recent years.The efficiency of economic development has been increasing year by year since 2009,and the quality of Shaanxi’s economic development has scored in the provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions surveyed nationwide Ranked seventeenth.However,the economic development indicators of various dimensions are still uneven and insufficient,the intensity of R&D investment is insufficient,the capacity for innovation and development needs to be improved,the scale of imports and exports is relatively small,and tourism resources are in urgent need of in-depth development.According to the research results of this article,it is suggested that Shaanxi Province should promote the "Three Economy" Pro version to release vitality;build a strong cultural province and develop a new format of cultural industry;pay attention to the innovation-driven model with scientific and technological innovation as the core.To open up a broader development space for Shaanxi’s economic development quality in the context of high-quality development.
