A Case Study On The Development Of Digital Finance Promoting The Improvement Of Corporate Supply Chains

This thesis focuses on digital finance and enterprise supply chain improvement.The20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that "many major issues need to be solved to ensure the reliable and safe supply chain of food,energy and industrial chain and prevent financial risks".This thesis takes this as the background and has strong practical significance.Currently,there is a rich literature on the development of digital finance and enterprise supply chains at home and abroad.However,these documents only focus on the development process,mode exploration,and digital attempts of digital finance and supply chain,and do not reveal the deep driving effect of digital finance on supply chain improvement.There are many shortcomings in quantitative research.In order to make up for this deficiency,this thesis takes the home appliance industry and Haier Zhijia as examples to quantitatively analyze the promotion effect of digital finance development on enterprise supply chain improvement.The research idea of this thesis is to take the promotion effect of digital finance development on the improvement of the supply chain of the household appliance industry as the "surface",and then take the promotion effect of digital finance development on the improvement of Haier Zhijia’s supply chain as the "point".By combining the point and surface,the problem caused by the lack of representativeness of case studies can be reduced,so as to achieve the demonstration purpose of comprehensively analyzing the promotion effect of digital finance development on the improvement of the enterprise’s supply chain.The full text is divided into four parts.The first part is the theoretical basis and mechanism analysis,combing the theoretical basis of digital finance development and enterprise supply chain,mainly including the bullwhip effect theory,inventory management theory,information management theory,and combining the theoretical basis for mechanism analysis.The second part takes the household appliance industry as an example to measure the improvement degree of the enterprise supply chain.Firstly,the principal component analysis method is selected for analysis.Taking the household appliance industry as an example,an indicator system of enterprise supply chain improvement degree is established from four aspects: supply chain logistics turnover efficiency,supply chain upstream and downstream matching degree,supply chain information transmission efficiency,and supply chain performance.Finally,the comprehensive value of enterprise supply chain improvement degree in the household appliance industry is measured.The third part takes the household appliance industry as an example to empirically test the development of digital finance promoting the improvement of enterprise supply chain.This thesis selects household appliance enterprises in the 2021 revised version of the Shenyin Wanguo Industry Classification as a sample,taking the household appliance industry as an example,designs a fixed effect model,and conducts an empirical test of digital finance promoting enterprise supply chain improvement.The fourth part is to take Haier Zhijia as an example,after measuring the improvement degree of Haier Zhijia’s supply chain,compare the relevant indicators of Haier Zhijia’s supply chain improvement degree year by year,and conduct an empirical analysis of digital finance development promoting the improvement of Haier Zhijia’s enterprise supply chain.The results show that the development of digital finance can promote the improvement of enterprise supply chain.Based on the above analysis,this thesis provides relevant policy recommendations for the country,financial industry,and enterprises.
