Study On Introducing Logistics Financial Services Into Agricultrual Cold-Chain Logistics Area

The modern development of logistics is highly depends on financial support, and the intensive logistical service provided our customs by integration of logistics and finance which combined with logistics, fund and information flow, will certainly lead the trends of logistics development. Logistical Financial Service (herein after called LFS), this multi-industry comprehensive logistical service model, is established under such circumstance based on the intensive service idea. LFS draws support from Financing technology which is represented by Commodity Finance, closely connected banks to third part logistical companies, and together they supply customs with financial services such as movable property and inventory financing, which is a new way to resolve the problem of medium-sized and small enterprisesSince the late 1990's, LFS started and widely spreaded in industry area in our country. Relies on its advantage in low default and effective credit risk control, LFS gradually became key for commercial banks to open medium-sized and small enterprises' doors.Agriculture is our conventional industries, for which reason its development related to whole society and people's living. However, at present, the difficulty for medium-sized and small enterprises in agriculture production area and farmers to financing becomes a key problem which restricting agriculture economy development and farmers increasing their incomes. The great success which LFS achieves in industry production area offers a good idea to solve the same what exists in agriculture production area. But LFS has just started in our country, and here are so many restrictions in agriculture production area which block its development, such as products can not be restored for a long time, pledge security cannot be insured,In view of above issues and the background of Cold Chain Logistics(CCL) become highly developed, here we just rise the imagination to lead LFS into agriculture production area with the help of CCL. This thesis contains three parts. The first part discussed the feasibility to start Cold Chain Logistics Financial Service(herein after called CCLFS) in agriculture area, by means of analyzing external environment on which CCLFS relies, we believe such requirements have been well prepared in our country. Based on this, we put forward solutions to built up effective links between provide and demand sides of CCLFS, foreshadowing further negotiations.
