In recent years,with the rapid development of economy,especially following the AUTO and E/E industrial grows,the demand of high-tech material grows very quickly,it has become an inevitable trend to vigorously develop high-tech material industry and modern advanced manufacturing industry.it has become one of the fastest growing field in the world’s industry.Its development not only supports the national pillar industry and modern high-tech industry as material which also known as "industrial rice" but also promotes the transformation of traditional industries and the adjustment of product structure.The engineering plastics industry is not only facing unprecedented opportunities,but also facing fierce competition in and out of the industry.Engineering plastics enterprises realize the importance of enterprise competition management to enterprise sustainable development.It is of positive significance to improve the management level of enterprises,optimize enterprise human resources,improve the utilization rate of funds,and strengthen the core competitive advantage of enterprises.The implementation of a competitive strategy suitable for itself can enable the enterprise to clearly examine the internal operation state of the enterprise,better insight into the changes of the external environment,integrate knowledge and practice,seize new opportunities,and constantly find and inject new kinetic energy into the development of the enterprise,so as to make the enterprise bigger and stronger.Taking S engineering plastics company as the research object,this paper defines the research ideas and research methods of this paper on the basis of expounding the research status at home and abroad and the relevant theories of strategic management and competitive strategy.Using the theory and idea of strategic management,PEST model,Porter’s five forces model and other tools,this paper qualitatively describes the internal and external environment of s engineering plastics company,and makes quantitative analysis with the help of IFE and EFE matrix.Accordingly,the strategic matrix is established by using SWOT analysis method,and three competitive strategies of total cost leadership strategy,differentiation strategy and centralization strategy are made for s engineering plastics company.Through the quantitative analysis of QSPM matrix,it is clear that the differentiated competitive strategy is the most suitable for s engineering plastics company.From the aspects of brand,market,human resources and supply chain management,refine the differentiated competition strategy.At the same time,in order to ensure the effective implementation of differentiated competition strategy,this paper provides guarantee for the practical implementation of competitive strategy from the aspects of organization guarantee,system guarantee,incentive guarantee,cultural guarantee and human resources guarantee.It is hoped that this research can improve the core competitiveness of S engineering plastics company,and be beneficial to company’s steady development.Besides,it is hoped can be used for reference to the similar enterprises in the engineering plastics industry for their establishment and improvement of competitive strategic management.
