With the proposal of the peak carbon dioxide emissions goal,coordinating energy saving and carbon reduction of products has aroused social concern.Motor is an important equipment to realize electrical energy and mechanical conversion,which is widely used in energy,industry,construction,transportation and other fields.Although high-efficiency motors have been listed for many years,according to the analysis of domestic motor application types,most of them are ordinary motors,and the market for high-efficiency motors has huge room for growth.The policy points out that the renovation and recycling of motor products will be promoted as a whole,and the market share of high-efficiency and energy-saving products and equipment will be further enhanced,which will provide strong support for the realization of peak carbon dioxide emissions.It is urgent for high-efficiency motors to replace ordinary motors,and it is an important measure to promote high-efficiency motors to abandon old motors.The establishment of trade-in channels and the formulation of reasonable prices have become urgent research topics.Starting from the supply chain,on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of motor tradein,this paper introduces two factors: consumer price sensitivity and consumer unit distance cost,and combines Hotelling model,and comprehensively uses dynamic game and static game to construct the decision-making model of enterprise trade-in under different modes.First of all,for the trade-in channel composed of retailers and third-party platforms,the optimal price and profit of trade-in are studied when they are the leaders of the supply chain and their power is balanced,and the optimal profit of the supply chain is selected;Secondly,on the basis of the above model,the manufacturer’s main body is added,and the decision-making models of the three are constructed as supply chain leaders respectively with the help of Salop model,and the best decision is obtained by solving,and the influence of consumers’ price sensitivity to different channels and unit distance cost on the best decision in different situations is further considered;Finally,combined with the actual situation of retailer Y,the optimal trade-in price and optimal profit obtained by the above model are simulated and analyzed by using relevant data.The research shows that the unit distance cost of consumer trade-in is directly proportional to the trade-in price,profit and consumer preference of retailers and third-party platforms;It is inversely proportional to the manufacturer’s channel preference.The greater the difference of consumers’ price sensitivity to different channels,the higher the influence on consumers’ channel preferences;the difference of price sensitivity between third-party platforms and retailers can promote manufacturers’ channels and inhibit third-party platform channels;the difference of price sensitivity about manufacturers and retailers can promote the channel preference of thirdparty platforms,but inhibit the channel preference of manufacturers.Regardless of whether the manufacturer participates in the trade-in of electric vehicle motors,the supply chain and its members tend to be dominated by retailers.Under this model,the market is stable,the price of trade-in of electric vehicle motors is high,and the overall profit of the supply chain is the highest.In consideration of consumers’ channel preferences,t this paper studies the selection of the old-for-new mode of electric vehicle motors,and observes consumers’ preferences for different channels with the help of Hotelling model.On the one hand,it analyzes the influence of consumers’ unit distance cost and consumer price sensitivity on consumers’ channel preference selection,and at the same time,it studies the influence of these factors on enterprises’ trade-in related decisions.On the other hand,it discusses under what supply chain structure the price and profit of each member of the supply chain are optimal when the main body of the supply chain power structure is different,so as to select the optimal trade-in mode for the motor reverse supply chain and provides suggestions for enterprises to choose the trade-in location.
