Research On Collaborative Operation Mode And Benefit Distribution Of Fresh Agricultural Products Cold Chain Logistics Based On "Internet Plus"

The No.1 central document in 2023 pointed out that we should pay close attention to the stable production and supply of important agricultural products,and the construction of cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products is an important measure to meet consumer demand,promote agricultural development,and actively respond to national policies.However,in recent years,the phenomenon of "chain breaking" in the cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products in China has occurred frequently and the problem of loss is serious.The underlying reasons are the imbalance in the allocation structure of cold chain logistics resources and insufficient supply chain coordination.Today,with the rapid development of information technology,the organic combination of "Internet plus" and cold chain logistics,and the use of modern information technologies such as big data and cloud computing to open up the logistics information chain can optimize management processes,reasonably allocate resources,improve operational efficiency,effectively alleviate the lack of coordination in the cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products,and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the cold chain logistics industry of fresh agricultural products.This paper aims to explore the cooperative operation mode of cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products based on "Internet plus",and study the profit distribution of the main body of the operation mode.First,based on literature analysis,it defines the concepts of "Internet plus",cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products,logistics collaboration,etc.,and combs the collaboration theory,supply chain management theory,and benefit distribution theory.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation of the cold chain logistics development of fresh agricultural products and the current situation of collaborative development,and summarizes that the collaborative development of the cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products still has problems such as unbalanced development,insufficient application of "Internet plus",low operation efficiency,and imperfect benefit distribution mechanism of collaborative operation.On the basis of clarifying the main body of collaboration,this paper analyzes the content of cold chain logistics collaboration of fresh agricultural products based on "Internet plus" from the five aspects of target layer,organization layer,information layer,technology layer and resource layer,builds the cold chain logistics information platform of fresh agricultural products,and designs the collaborative operation mode of the whole chain of cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products(farmers-processing manufacturers-cold chain logistics providers-sellers)with the logistics information platform as the core,elaborate on the operational process of this model from three stages: logistics demand confirmation,logistics task allocation,and task execution and feedback.To ensure the successful operation of this mode,a benefit distribution model for the cold chain logistics collaborative operation of fresh agricultural products based on "Internet plus" was constructed.The Shapley value method was used to calculate the initial benefit distribution scheme,analyze the influencing factors for the benefit distribution of the cold chain logistics collaborative operation of fresh agricultural products based on "Internet plus",and select Internet capabilities,input factors,risk factors and preservation efforts as factors affecting the distribution of benefits to modify the Shapley value,and the effectiveness of the constructed model was verified through case analysis.Finally,the paper puts forward the guarantee policy recommendations for the collaborative operation of cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products based on "Internet plus".The research results show that the target layer,organization layer,information layer,technology layer and resource layer constitute a complete collaborative content of cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products based on "Internet plus".In this collaborative operation mode,the platform organizer and logistics information platform,as two core elements,jointly undertake the task of ensuring the successful operation of the collaborative operation mode.The revised profit distribution value is greater than the profit from independent operation and the cooperation profit before collaboration,and the increase or decrease in the profit distribution value of members after considering the comprehensive influence of internet capabilities,investment factors,risk factors,and preservation efforts is in line with the "high contribution-high return" concept,verifying the effectiveness of the profit distribution model.
