Abstract/Summary:
Currently,the social economy is in a downward cycle with relatively slow growth.Under this background,digital transformation has become an inevitable choice for enterprises to adapt to the digital economy and seek survival and development.Especially in the post epidemic era,digital transformation of traditional enterprises is imperative.As one of the more representative traditional small and micro enterprises,it is particularly crucial for micro-credit companies to quickly break through and keep up with the current development of the digital economy,and digital transformation will be one of the modes that micro-credit companies can choose.As one of the components of the financial industry,micro-credit companies can learn from banks with mature digital transformation,for example how to effectively integrate technology and finance,how to effectively integrate their own business and data through financial technology tools,and how to achieve a series of innovations and transformations such as business model development,organizational structure adjustment,and corporate culture shaping for micro-credit companies through digital transformation.It seems to have become a pain point in the strategic transformation of the entire micro-credit industry.Based on the contingency theory and resource management theory,this article investigates and analyzes the operation and development process of GX Micro-credit Company Limited,deeply analyzes and studies the strategic management of enterprise digital transformation,and proposes corresponding implementation measures.The researches found:(1)GX Micro-credit Company currently lacks top-level design and systematic planning in the process of digital transformation;The digital system is not independently developed with old technical architecture and lacks flexibility;The business process is tedious and the operation is not standardized;at the same time,GX Micro-credit Company lacks business innovation ability and digital talent,etc.(2)Based on the analysis of internal advantages and external opportunities of GX Micro-credit Company,the suggestions for digital transformation are as follows: the c ompany’s strategic is subdivided into restructuring business models,building digital b usiness platforms,and cultivating digital businesses.The business strategy is subdivid ed into business digitization,business integration and integration,and business model innovation.The functional strategy is subdivided into four intelligent strategies: marke ting function,operation function,risk control function,and human resource function.(3)In order to ensure the smooth and successful implementation of the digital transformation strategy of GX Micro-credit Company,the implementation will be carried out through three aspects: optimizing the governance mechanism,strengthening technical support,building a talent team,and cultivating corporate culture,actively promoting the transformation and upgrading of system software,actively introducing the application of new digital technologies,vigorously promoting digital construction,and gradually building a digital brand for enterprises,and ensure a " customer focus" digital transformation.
